Kimberly J. Kettleson, 46, Thorp, appeared in court and entered pleas of not guilty to strangulation and suffocation, battery, disorderly conduct and possession of methamphetamine.

Dionisus S. Johnson, 37, Medford, pled no contest to manufacture/delivery of THC (less than or equal to 200 grams). He was sentenced to serve nine months in jail; pay a forfeiture of $578; and must submit to a DNA sample.

Separate charges of possession of THC (repeater) and possession of drug paraphernalia (repeater) against Johnson were dismissed but read in for sentencing purposes.

Scott K. Rodney, 59, Medford, pled no contest to disorderly conduct and forfeited $443. Counts of battery and criminal damage to property were dismissed but read in for sentencing purposes.

Clement A. Smith, 65, Gilman, pled guilty to operating while under the influence-first offense [prohibited alcohol concentration (PAC) greater than or equal to 0.15 percent]. Smith forfeited $1,035.50; his driver’s license was revoked for seven months; an ignition interlock device is to be installed on his vehicle for one year; and he must complete an alcohol and drug assessment and follow through with a driver safety plan.

A separate amended charge of operating with a PAC greater than or equal to 0.15 percent-first offense against Smith was dismissed on a prosecutor’s motion. The original charge had been operating while under the influence-first offense (PAC greater than or equal to 0.15 percent).

Megan J. Crow, 28, Medford, pled no contest to battery- domestic abuse. Sentence was withheld and Crow was placed on probation for one year on the condition she pay a forfeiture of $443 and supervision fees as ordered by the Department of Corrections (DOC); submit to a DNA sample; write a letter of apology, pre-approved by probation, to the victims within 30 days of plea and sentencing; undergo counseling as deemed appropriate by probation; and undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and comply with any treatment recommendations. Crow also pled no contest to a count of criminal damage to property. Sentence was imposed and stayed and she was placed on probation for one year. Forfeitures and conditions are the same as for the other count. Counts of strangulation and suffocation, disorderly conductdomestic abuse and misdemeanor bail jumping were dismissed but read in for sentencing purposes.

Dustin J. Pucci, 23, Hewitt, pled no contest to driving or operating a vehicle without consent. Sentence was withheld and Pucci was placed on probation for two years on the condition he pay a forfeiture of $1,994.53 and supervision fees as ordered by the DOC; submit to a DNA sample; have no contact with the victim; write a letter of apology, pre-approved by probation, to the victim within 30 days of plea and sentencing; undergo counseling as deemed appropriate by probation; and undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and follow through with any treatment recommendations. Two counts of felony bail jumping were dismissed but read in for sentencing purposes.

A divorce decree was granted to the following: Richard J. Klivickis, 44, Hortonville, and Amy E. Klivickis, 50, Medford.
