Rau, 48, Dorchester, failure to drain water from boat, trailer or equipment before transporting away from water, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana; Lana R. Reed, 49, Land O’ Lakes, failure to keep vehicle under control and inattentive driving; Scott H. Strassburger, 46, Dorchester, worthless checks; Isaac L. Zade, 25, Ladysmith, two counts of operating without a valid license-second offense within three years and non-registration of vehicle; Kenton D. Powell, 48, New Richmond, speeding 16-19 mph over the limit.

Timothy A. Brahmer, 61, Medford, pled guilty to operating while under the influence-first offense. Brahmer forfeited $891; his driver’s license was revoked for seven months and he must complete an alcohol and drug assessment and follow through with a driver safety plan. A separate charge of operating with a PAC greater than or equal to 0.08 percent, less than 0.15 percent (first offense) was dismissed on the court’s own motion.

Michael J. Madison Jr., 18, Medford, pled no contest to underage drinking-possession (first offense). He forfeited $263.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for 30 days.

Ann M. Radtke, 38, Rib Lake, pled no contest to possession of an illegal size fish. She forfeited $459.15 and her DNR privileges were revoked/suspended for one year.

Radtke also pled no contest to possession of any fish in excess of total daily bag limit and forfeited $343.50.
