Deferred prosecutions

Emily A. Dehne, 35, Medford, pled no contest to disorderly conduct and entered into a deferred prosecution agreement for a period of one year. Upon successful completion of the agreement, the court will dismiss the case.

Eli A. Glick, 28, Gilman, pled no contest to failure to maintain holding/septic tanks and entered into a deferred prosecution agreement for a period of four years. Upon successful completion of the agreement, the court will dismiss the case.

Bruce A. Borman, 66, Rib Lake, pled no contest to operating while under the influence-third offense. Borman was sentenced to serve 90 days in jail; forfeited $2,551; must submit to a DNA sample; his driver’s license was revoked for 28 months; an ignition interlock device (IID) is to be installed on his vehicle for 12 months; and he must attend an alcohol and drug assessment and follow through with the driver safety plan. Counts of operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration (PAC)-third offense and operating while revoked were dismissed on prosecutor’s motions.

Borman also pled no contest to operating while under the influence-fourth offense. Borman was sentenced to serve 60 days in jail, to run consecutive to jail time for his other OWI; forfeited $2,500; must submit to a DNA sample; his driver’s license was revoked for 36 months; an IID is to be installed on his vehicle for 12 months; and he must comply with an alcohol and drug assessment and follow through with the driver safety plan. Counts of operating with a PAC-fourth offense, operating while revoked and two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping were dismissed but read in for sentencing purposes.

Emily J. Carey, 25, Park Falls, pled no contest to an amended charge of operating without a valid licensefi rst offense and forfeited $267.50. The original charge had been operating while revoked.

Donald L. Holtman, 42, Medford, pled no contest to a reduced charge of speeding 11-15 mph over the limit and forfeited $175.30.

Amalia Parra Martinez, 46, Medford, pled no contest to an amended charge of operating without carrying license and forfeited $393.50. The original charge had been operating without a valid license-second offense within three years.

A separate charge of operating a motor vehicle without insurance against Parra Martinez was dismissed on a prosecutor’s motion.

The following were issued divorce decrees: Eric E. Fallos, 35, Medford, and Rebecca L. Fallos, 31, Medford; Travis R. Kreklau, 33, Stetsonville, and Jordan L. Kraklau, 29, Stetsonville.
