Traffic court Trials slated

The following made initial appearances in court and entered pleas of not guilty: Karyn L. Eckert, 38, Medford, disorderly conduct-domestic abuse; Kimberly J. Kettleson, 45, Medford, abandoned vehicle; Kevin T. Hofmann, 55, Medford, operating a motor vehicle without proof of insurance; Sean M. Schreiner, 19, Rib Lake, speeding 20-24 mph over the limit.

Joel M. Alcantara Van Horn, 20, Gilman, pled no contest to fishing in a refuge. He forfeited $263.10; and the Department of Natural Resources (DNR) confiscated the bow and arrow, spear and otter pelt.

Gabriel M. Gunderson, 18, Stanley, pled no contest to fishing in a refuge. He forfeited $263.10; and the DNR confiscated the bow and arrow, spear and otter pelt.

Dawson L. Westrich, 19, Medford, pled no contest to an amended charge of underage drinking-possession (first offense). The original charge had been underage drinking-procuring (first offense). Westrich forfeited $263.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 30 days.

$389.50: Jeffrey A. Kaser, 56, Medford, failure to yield while making a left turn resulting in bodily harm.

$263.50: Hank A. Lavigne, 19, Medford, disorderly conduct; Kaylee S. Mess, 18, Spencer, possession of drug paraphernalia.

$232: Luis J. Moran Herrera, 28, Abbotsford, operating an ATV or UTV without a valid registration; Nathaly C. Negron, 21, Abbotsford, operating an ATV or UTV without a valid registration.

$200.50: Michael R. Bruette, 56, New London, speeding 16-19 mph over the limit; Marshall J. W. Fuchs, 21, Medford, operating while suspended; Sydney K.
