Forward Insurance to acquire Hadden Insurance Agency

Forward Insurance has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Hadden Insurance Agency. The addition of the Hadden Insurance Agency office in Ogema extends our reach into more communities in central and northern Wisconsin.

Hadden Insurance Agency customers will be contacted directly by the insurance team with details and will continue to have access to the same insurance agents and staff that they have developed a relationship with over the years.

William W Sennholz, CEO of Forward Bank – the parent company of Forward Insurance, stated “Hadden Insurance Agency customers will not need to do anything different during the transition to Forward Insurance.” Sennholz continued, “Forward Insurance is excited to join forces with an agency that shares our dedication to community and customers. This is well timed with the entrance of Forward Bank into the Rib Lake area.”

The transaction is expected to be completed in by the end of 2022 and will include moving the office into the Forward Bank facility currently being remodeled and expanded in Rib Lake.

Forward Insurance currently has offices in Athens, Marshfield, Stanley, Thorp, Withee, Park Falls, and Phillips.
