A WORK-AROUND - This Marathon County zoning map shows that a parcel of land owned by Marshfield Utilities in the town of McMillan is currently zoned Rural Estate (R-E), which does not allow the type of commercial solar operation proposed for the site. The parcel is surrounded by parcels zoned as Rural Residential (R-R), General Agriculture (G-A) and Low Density Residential (L-D-R).
