OURT Heather R. Bergstrom, 28, Marshfield, was sentenced to 18 months in prison and two years of extended supervision after her probation was revoked on a 2020 conviction for possession of methamphetamine.

Anthony J. Borowski, 23, Thorp, was sentenced to 30 days in jail and was ordered to pay $841 in fines and costs for reckless driving/causing bodily harm. The jail sentence was stayed pending completion of traffic safety school and he was placed on probation for two years. He was also placed on probation for two years and fined $443 for operating a vehicle while revoked for an alcohol-related offense.

Cody J. Bunkelman, 29, Athens, was placed on probation for two years and fined $443 for resisting or obstructing an officer/repeater, $443 for disorderly conduct/domestic abuse/repeater, $518 for bail jumping/domestic abuse, and $543 for battery/domestic abuse. In a separate case, he was sentenced to 90 days in jail for strangulation and suffocation/domestic abuse. Forty-five of the days are to be served and the rest are stayed. He was placed on probation for four years and fined $518. He was also placed on probation for two years and ordered to pay $1,398 in fines and restitution for criminal damage to property/domestic abuse, and was fined $543 for battery/domestic abuse. Micah T. Hinrichs, 28, Menomonie, was fined $50 and his driver’s license was revoked for two years for refusal to take a test for intoxication after arrest. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 18 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Joshua J. Kane, 35, Stanley, was placed on probation for 18 months and fined $841 for hit-and-run and $443 for operating a vehicle while revoked for an alcohol-related offense.

Timothy A. Marten, 57, Chippewa Falls, was sentenced to 30 days in jail for knowingly violating a domestic abuse order. The jail sentence was stayed and he was placed on probation for 18 months and fined $453. He was also placed on probation for 18 months and fined $443 for possession of THC and $443 for possession of drug paraphernalia.
