OURT _ Tina M. Holsen, 34, Owen, was placed on probation for four years, was fined $1,071, and her driver’s license was revoked for six months for possession of narcotics with intent to deliver and neglecting a child. Charges of possession of nonnarcotics with intent to deliver, possession of THC with intent to deliver, maintaining a drug trafficking place, possession of drug paraphernalia, and neglecting a child were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

_ Degan M. Lau, 19, Spencer, was fined $295 for operating an ATV/UTV in a careless way.

_ Tanner L. Eslinger, 20, Spencer, was fined $232 for operating an ATV/UTV without a muffler.

_ Emmalee E. Dingee, 26, Unity, was fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle while revoked.

_ Joseph G. Hernandez, 20, Curtiss, was fined $200.50 for allowing dogs to run at large.
