OURT _ Louella H. Sensenig, 29, Curtiss, was sentenced to 15 days in jail, placed on probation for 12 months, and fined $1,945 for operating a vehicle with a prohibited blood alcohol concentration with a passenger under age 16/second offense. Her driver’s license was revoked for two years and an ignition interlock device is to be placed on her vehicle for two years. Charges of displaying an unauthorized vehicle registration plate, operating a vehicle while revoked for an alcohol-related violation, ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install, and non-registration were dismissed but read-in to the court record.
_ Anthony A. Wallace, 46, Owen, was sentenced to 40 days in jail and placed on probation for 18 months for a second drunk driving offense. The first five days of the jail sentence are to be served and the rest stayed. He was fined $1,595, his driver’s license was revoked for 18 months, and an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 18 months. He was also placed on probation for 18 months and fined $443 for bail jumping. Additional charges of disorderly conduct/domestic abuse, bail jumping, operating a vehicle while revoked for an alcohol-related violation, and ignition interlock device tampering/ failure to install were dismissed but read-in to the court record.
_ Justin D. McDonald, 20, Spencer, was fined $263.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 30 days for a first underage drinking offense. He was also fined $213.10 for operating left of center.
_ Alexander J. Nazarov, 26, Curtiss, was fined $389.50 for trespass to dwelling.
_ Luis R. Vazquez Arroyo, 49, Abbotsford, was fined $225.70 for speeding.
_ Jason J. Kayhart, 44, Abbotsford, was fined $213.10 for driving too fast for conditions.
_ The following were each fined $200.50 for speeding: Maria G. Escamilla, 18, Colby; Jacob R. Pearce, 19, Stratford; Carlos J. Pizarro Sanchez, 42, Baymon, Puerto Rico.
_ The following were each fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle while suspended: Phillip P. Leu, 30, Owen; Juan E. Vellon Rosario, 22, Abbotsford.
_ The following were each fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without a valid license: Carlos Aguilar Lopez, 26, Curtiss; Miguel A. Santiago Collazo, 55, Colby.
_ The following were each fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance: Carlos Aguilar Lopez, 26, Curtiss; Nidia Y. Asegurado Castro, 37, Abbotsford; Isabella R. Nielsen, 24, Medford; Beanca L. Richardson, 27, Medford.
_ Kenneth J. Luepke, 72, Spencer, was fined $187.90 for inattentive driving.
_ Kelvin H. Martin, 21, Colby, was fined $175.30 for disorderly conduct with a vehicle.
_ Jerson Vazquez-Rivera, 36, Abbotsford, was fined $175.30 for speeding.
_ Jacob R. Pearce, 19, Stratford, was fined $10 for operating a vehicle without proof of insurance.
