OURT _ Artemio Tehuacatl Tentzohua, 22, Spencer, was sentenced to 37 days in jail and fined $1,628 for a second drunk driving offense. His driver’s license was revoked for 16 months, an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 16 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

_ Ricardo Ontiveros Ochoa, 34, Dorchester, was sentenced to 10 days in jail and fined $443 for operating a vehicle while revoked for an alcohol-related offense/ fourth offense.

_ Kenton H. Wenger, 20, Unity, was fined $358 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (35-39 mph over limit).

_ Robert L. Tischer, 38, Owen, was fined $225.70 for speeding.

_ Christopher J. Vukasovich, 22, Owen, was fined $213.10 for driving too fast for conditions.

_ The following were each fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without a valid license: Pablo Palacios Rios, 35, Colby; Hugo Resendiz Patron, 28, Abbotsford; Baltazar Reynozo Arriaga, 35, Colby; Emilio Rodriguez Martinez, 51, Curtiss.

_ The following were each fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance: Seth M. Passehl, 25, Dorchester; Emilio Rodriguez Martinez, 51, Curtiss; Virginia B. Salgado Tellez, 17, Dorchester.

_ Juan M. Reyes Arenas, 40, Dorchester, was fined $200.50 for allowing a dog to run at large.

_ The following were each fined $175.30 for speeding: Seth M. Passehl, 25, Dorchester; Judith A. Vollrath, 71, Colby.

_ Pauline J. Troyer, 79, Unity, was fined $175.30 for non-registration of a vehicle.

_ Baltazar Reynozo Arriaga, 35, Colby, was fined $10 for operating a vehicle without proof of insurance.

_ Nicholas J. Nolan, 28, Colby, was fined $10 for a safety belt violation.
