CLARK COUNTY CIRCUIT COURT

_ Glen E. Koehler, 48, Abbotsford, was sentenced to 90 days in jail and fined $528 for possession of marijuana/second offense/as party to a crime/repeater. Charges of possession of cocaine-cocoa/second offense/ as party to a crime/repeater and possession of drug paraphernalia/ as party to a crime/repeater were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

_ Hermenegildo Cruz Lopez, 31, Abbotsford, was fined $768 for operating a vehicle while revoked for an alcohol-related violation. A charge of ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install was dismissed but read-in to the court record.

_ Danny M. Kraemer, 30, Dorchester, was fined $213.10 for driving too fast for conditions and $389.50 for failure to notify police of an accident.

_ Vincent R. Laux, 33, Dorchester, was fined $232 for operating a snowmobile without a safety certificate and $232 for operating a snowmobile without a trail sticker.

_ Lucia Y. Marshall, 21, Dorchester, was fined $263.50 and her driver’s license was suspended for 30 days for a first underage drinking offense.

_ Garrett J. Dahl, 22, Medford, was fined $250.90 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).

_ Clint L. Block, 28, Owen, was fined $263.50 for shoplifting.

_ Samantha R. Childs, 27, Owen, was fined $263.50 for shoplifting.

_ Jesse L. Jarocki, 35, Owen, was fined $232 for operating a snowmobile without a trail sticker.

_ The following were each fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle while suspended: Manuel Garcia Salas, 26, Dorchester; Eduardo Gonzalez, 23, Spencer; Kenneth J. Hansen, 47, Owen.

_ The following were each fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without a valid license: Jose A. Aguirre, 22, Medford; Cirenio Aybar Camilo, 44, Colby; Ricardo Camacho Mora, 21, Colby; Fredy Castrejon Conde, 38, Dorchester; Eric D. Ehlert, 18, Spencer; Angel I. Rodriguez Acuna, 36, Owen.

_ The following were each fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance: Jose A. Aguirre, 22, Medford; Iris F. Burgos Alvarez, 32, Abbotsford.

_ Francis J. Chodera, 72, Owen, was fined $187.90 for failure to yield the right-of-way.

_ Daniel W. Blunt, 62, Dorchester, was fined $175.30 for disorderly conduct.

_ Esther M. Martin, 20, Owen, was fined $175.30 for non-registration of a motor vehicle.

_ Robert J. Mengel, 32, Medford, was fined $175.30 for improper signaling a stop/turn.

_ Tobi L. Johnson, 42, Owen, was fined $10 for operating a vehicle without proof of insurance.
