CLARK COUNTY CIRCUIT COURT

_ Juan C. Reyes Garcia, 29, Dorchester, was sentenced to 45 days in jail and placed on probation for 12 months for a third drunk driving offense with an alcohol enhancer. He was fined $3,305, his driver’s license was revoked for 30 months, and an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 30 months.

_ Florencio Santiago Mendoza, 32, Abbotsford, was fined $1,019 and his driver’s license was revoked for seven months for a first drunk driving offense. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $200 for operating a vehicle while suspended and $263.50 for failure to slow vehicle when passing a stopped emergency vehicle.

_ Bobby L. Stubbs, 49, Abbotsford, was ordered to pay $1,929 in fines and costs for criminal damage to property. A charge of resisting or obstructing an officer was dismissed but read-in to the court record.

_ Luis A. Vazquez Acosta, 23, Abbotsford, was fined $857.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first offense of operating a vehicle with a prohibited blood alcohol concentration. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

_ Mauricio Lopez Lopez, 26, Abbotsford, was fined $778 for operating a vehicle while revoked for an alcohol-related violation.

_ Kyle P. Smith, 29, Spencer, was ordered to pay $499.50 in fines and costs for theft of moveable property/as party to a crime.

_ Jordan G. Weiland, 22, Colby, was fined $389.50 for failure to notify police of an accident, $213.10 for failure to keep a vehicle under control, and $10 for a safety belt violation.

_ Stephanie E.A. Moore, 28, Abbotsford, was fined $250.90 and her driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).

_ Zuly M. Torres Rodriguez, 22, Abbotsford, was fined $276.10 for speeding.

_ Austin I. Werlein, 19, Abbotsford, was fined $263.50 for disorderly conduct with a vehicle and $238.30 for displaying an unauthorized vehicle registration plate.

_ Kimberly J. Lopez, 30, Colby, was fined $263.50 for failure to change lanes when passing a stopped emergency vehicle.

_ Lois W. Martin, 18, Stratford, was fined $250.90 for speeding.

_ Roberta J. Moeller, 47, Spencer, was fined $232 for illegally operating ATV/UTV on/in vicinity of a highway.

_ Heidi A. Luna Carrera, 18, Spencer, was fined $213.10 for driving too fast for conditions.

_ Katrina D. Pintor, 49, Owen, was fined $213.10 for operating left of center.

_ Felipe Urbina Corral, 23, Dorchester, was fined $213.10 for passing in a no-passing zone.

_ The following were each fined $200.50 for speeding: Angelica M. Ramirez, 19, Curtiss; Russell S. Rougeux, 60, Unity; Francis E. Rychtik, 21, Athens.

_ The following were each fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle while suspended: Virgilio Lopez Cruz, 21, Colby; Jonathan N. Ortiz, 30, Abbotsford; Phillip J. Pyka, 28, Greenwood; Pablo Santiago Lopez, 40, Abbotsford; Trey D. Stumpner, 21, Stratford; James K. Tomasik, 61, Owen; Christian M. Vienneau, 32, Owen.

_ The following were each fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without a valid license: Zuly M. Torres Rodriguez, 22, Abbotsford; Anna B. Vina, 25, Abbotsford.

_ The following were each fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance: David I. Medina Ramos, 34, Medford; Jesse E.G. Mueller, 20, Spencer; Anna B. Vina, 25, Abbotsford.

_ Jonathan N. Ortiz, 30, Abbotsford, was fined $175.30 for failure to stop at a stop sign.

_ Carlos J. Pizarro, 37, Medford, was fined $175.30 for an unlawful U/Y turn.

_ Andres Ochoa Rodriguez, 40, Colby, was fined $162.70 for operating a vehicle without a valid license due to expiration.

_ Trista E. Meyer, 17, Unity, was fined $175.30 for speeding.

_ Lane D. Wilson, 23, Colby, was fined $175.30 for non-registration of a motor vehicle.
