OURT _ Jason A. Garbisch, 39, Spencer, was sentenced to six months in jail, placed on probation for three years, and fined $3,449 for a fifth offense of operating a vehicle with a prohibited blood alcohol concentration/alcohol fine enhancer. His driver’s license was revoked for two years and an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for two years.

_ Serigo J. Aguilera, 23, Abbotsford, was fined $1,019 and his driver’s license was revoked for seven months for a first drunk driving offense. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle while suspended.

_ Deitrik J.L. Ellis, 21, Spencer, was fined $1,012.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first drunk driving offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

_ Paul R. Cwikla, 53, Owen, was placed on probation for 12 months and fined $443 for knowingly violating a domestic abuse order. A second similar charge and two counts of bail jumping were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

_ Misty A. Hinz, 26, Colby, was placed on probation for 12 months and ordered to pay $866.75 in costs and restitution for issuing worthless checks. Five additional counts of issuing worthless checks were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

_ Dylan Z. Hanson, 20, Owen, was fined $263.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 30 days for a first underage drinking offense.

_ Jose G. Arias Basilio, 19, Colby, was fined $200.50 for speeding.

_ The following were each fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without a valid license: Jose G. Arias Basilio, 19, Colby; Edgar Arvizu, 34, Abbotsford; Abel Cruz Lopez, 27, Colby; Garciela Deleon, 59, Curtiss.

_ The following were each fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance: Trent A. Block, 20, Dorchester; Abel Cruz Lopez, 27, Colby; Ricky L. Hamm, 61, Owen.

_ The following were each fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle while suspended: Travis J. Akey, 35, Owen; Amber M. Dingee, 31, Abbotsford; Cirilo Gallegos Ortiz, 47, Curtiss; Daniel Garcia Maganda, 28, Unity; Ricky L. Hamm, 61, Owen; Jesus A. Jacobo Ruiz, 37, Medford.

_ Daniel Garcia Maganda, 28, Unity, was fined $175.30 for covered/obscured tail lamps/ reflectors. Isabella K. Cormier, 25, Colby, was fined $175.30 for speeding.

_ Kyle J. Bakke, 22, Curtiss, was fined $150.10 for operating a vehicle without registration lamps.

_ Miverva M. Fonseca Pinto, 18, Colby, was fined $150.10 for operating a vehicle without carrying a license.

_ The following were each fined $10 for operating a vehicle without proof of insurance: Daniel Garcia Maganda, 28, Unity; Jose J. Guerrero Bravo, 39, Curtiss; Jeremiah J. Hagen, 40, Spencer; Alaina A. Kadrlik, 21, Spencer.
