CLARK COUNTY CIRCUIT COURT
_ Thomas J. Weis, 45, Colby, was fined $988.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first drunk driving offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment.
_ Cariana I. Nolt, 17, Unity, was fined $250.90 and her driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).
_ Ricardo Ontiveros Ochoa, 34, Dorchester, was fined $1,093 for operating a vehicle while revoked for an alcohol-related violation/fourth offense.
_ Jesus Salas Tzanahua, 23, Dorchester, was fined $250.90 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit). He was also fined $200.50 for operating while suspended.
_ Anthony T. Sanchez, 22, Unity, was fined $589 for operating a vehicle without a valid license/second offense within three years.
_ Manuel I. Ramirez Medina, 51, Colby, was fined $526 for operating a vehicle without a valid license/second offense within three years.
_ Isabella A. Taylor, 17, Owen, was fined $50 on each of 10 counts of truancy.
_ Dylan J. Zettler, 18, Colby, was fined $176.30 and his driver’s license was suspended for 30 days for a first underage drinking offense. He was also fined $175.30 for a minor in possession of tobacco.
_ Ashley A. Zieher, 32, Spencer, was fined $200.50 for speeding.
_ Gustavo A. Portillo Castaneda, 22, Athens, was fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle while suspended.
_ The following were each fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without a valid license: Cesar A. Sanchez Samano, 31, Dorchester; Tyler M. Schneider, 16, Abbotsford; Fredy A. Teni Chen, 36, Dorchester; Arturo Zamora Martinez, 29, Dorchester.
_ The following were each fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance: Miguel A. Medina-Rodriguez, 39, Colby; Fidencio Ochoa Rodriguez, 52, Abbotsford; David W. Rogers, 54, Colby; Jason P. Slachetka, 30, Medford; Jordan F. Strebe, 22, Colby; Fredy A. Teni Chen, 36, Dorchester; Arturo Zamora Martinez, 29, Dorchester.
_ The following were each fined $175.30 for speeding: Gary R. Sadler, 21, Curtiss; Kenton H. Wenger, 20, Unity.
_ Jordan F. Strebe, 22, Colby, was fined $175.30 for non-registration of a vehicle.
_ Tyler M. Schneider, 16, Abbotsford, was fined $10 for a safety belt violation.
