CLARK COUNTY CIRCUIT COURT
_ Thomas J. Weis, 45, Colby, was fined $1,019 and his driver’s license was revoked for seven months for a first drunk driving offense. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.
_ Jose Itenua Itenua, 22, Curtiss, was fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance, $187.90 for inattentive driving, $200.50 for operating a vehicle without a valid license, and $389.50 for failure to notify police of an accident.
_ Diego Rojas Reyes, 31, Abbotsford, was fined $768 for operating a vehicle while revoked for an alcohol-related violation.
_ Tyler D. Ven Rooy, 23, Owen, was fined $389.50 for a uniform controlled substance act violation and $389.50 for possession of drug paraphernalia.
_ Luis E. Santos Perez, 32, Abbotsford, was fined $589 for operating a vehicle without a valid license/second offense within three years.
_ Emilio Rodriguez Martinez, 51, Curtiss, was fined $579 for operating a vehicle without a valid license/second offense within three years.
_ Aaron C. Jones, 53, Abbotsford, was fined $295 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (30-34 mph over limit).
_ Jared J. Zastrow, 26, Stetsonville, was fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle while suspended, $175.30 for non-registration, and $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance.
_ Michelle L. Mazzoni, 43, Abbotsford, was fined $200.50 for permitting an unauthorized minor to drive.

_ The following were each fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle while suspended: Patrick K. Nelson, 19, Medford; Cody L. Oelke-Hamm, 22, Owen; Christopher M. Pongratz, 30, Stratford.

_ Jesus A. Jacobo Ruiz, 37, Medford, was fined $10 for operating a motor vehicle without proof of insurance.
