CLARK COUNTY CIRCUIT COURT
_ Austin A. Beach, 22, Colby, was placed on probation for 24 months and fined $618 for false imprisonment/domestic abuse. Charges of strangulation and suffocation/domestic abuse, battery/domestic abuse, disorderly conduct/domestic abuse, criminal trespass to a dwelling, and bail jumping were dismissed but read-in to the court record.
_ Taylor W. Bryant, 18, Medford, was fined $515.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (more than 45 mph over limit). He was also fined $389.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for nine months for a second underage drinking offense, and fined $389.50 for possession of drug paraphernalia.
_ Jasmin L. Culton, 22, Owen, was fined $852.50 and her driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first drunk driving offense. She is to undergo an alcohol assessment.
_ Anayeli Engracia-Emigdio, 32, Dorchester, was fined $589 for operating a vehicle without a valid license/second offense within three months.
_ Ruby B. Garcia, 26, Colby, was fined $389.50 for failure to notify police of an accident.
_ Katie L. Beyer, 20, Spencer, was fined $263.50 and her driver’s license was suspended for 30 days for a first underage drinking offense.
_ The following were each fined $225.70 for speeding: Daniel R. Drager, 49, Owen; Dylan J. Gerber, 24, Curtiss; Corey M. Haasl, 37, Dorchester.
_ The following were each fined $200.50 for speeding: Jed L. Becker, 16, Colby; Phillip M. Hagen, 40, Spencer.
_ Daniel R. Drager, 49, Owen, was fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle while suspended.
_ The following were each fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without a valid license: Alberto De La Rosa Arellano, 26, Unity; Martha Gutierrez Tello, 26, Abbotsford.
_ The following were each fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance: Ashley M. Becker, 19, Athens; Alberto De La Rosa Arellano, 26, Unity; Skyler A. Geiger, 22, Athens; Martha Gutierrez Tello, 26, Abbotsford.

_ Timothy W. Brubacker, 22, Colby, was fined $175.30 for nonregistration of a vehicle.
_ The following were each fined $10 for safety belt violations: Francis J. Chodera, 72, Owen; Brandon M. Doescher, 21, Owen; Tanner J. Flick, 19, Colby.
