Maureen Ione (Finses) Stelter

Maureen Ione (Finses) Stelter, 90, Stanley, passed away peacefully, Saturday, Aug. 9, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.

Maureen was born Oct. 30, 1934, to Elling and Blanche (Lee) Finses.

She loved spending time with her family and her companion, Patches (her cat).

Maureen enjoyed watching old Westerns and going for walks.

She is survived by her children – Terry Stelter, Stanley, Gary (Wendy) Stelter, Stanley, Ty Stelter, Stanley, Mark Stelter, Eau Claire, and Penny Stelter, Chippewa Falls; son-in-law – Gary Miller, Stanley; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father – Elling Finses; daughter – Paulette Miller; son – Ricky Stelter; grandson – Scott Miller; and her sister – Joyce.

Services are at 1 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 14, at Borton-Leiser Funeral Home in Cornell. Visitation is at 11 a.m., and goes until the start of service, at 1 p.m.
