Judith “Judy” Faye LaNou

Judith “Judy” Faye LaNou, 82, Cadott, was born to Louis and LaVerne (Hanson) LaNou, May 9, 1939.

Judy was ushered into Heaven Thursday, April 14, 2022. She was greeted by Jesus and her loved ones gone on before her. Judy passed peacefully at Cornell Health Services.

Although saddled with many health issues since childhood, Judy attended Little Drywood School through the eighth grade.

She is survived by her brothers – Jim (Rita) LaNou and Joe (Jewell) LaNou; and many nieces; nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sister – Jane LaNou Moucha; brother-in-law – Art Moucha; and her special friend and longtime caregiver – Shirley Vlach.

Judy will always be remembered for her kind spirit and her love of animals, especially kitties! We will cherish her gorgeous, intricate artwork – she had great talent – and of course, the many hats she knitted over the years.

We would like to extend our deepest thanks to the wonderful, caring staff at Cornell Health Services. You are all amazing and appreciated beyond words. God bless you all.

You are now free from your earthly chains, Judy! We will miss you.

Private services will be held by the family. Leiser Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Cadott, is assisting the family.
