Guilty pleas

Jacob Daniel Faude, 31, of Owen, pled no contest and was found guilty of possession of drug paraphernalia. He was ordered to pay a forfeiture of $263.50.

Faude pled guilty to resisting or obstructing an officer. Faude shall submit to a DNA sample at the Taylor County Sheriff’s Department. All fines and costs of $705 are to be paid directly to the Taylor County Clerk of Courts office in the amount $25/month beginning 30 days before his release from Clark County Jail. Charges of operating while revoked (forfeiture 2nd), operating a motor vehicle without insurance, non-registration of vehicle-auto <10,000 lbs., and failure of operator to notify police of accident were dismissed on prosecutor’s motion. A charge of misdemeanor bail-jumping was dismissed but read in court.

Dustin William Kuechler, 26, of Cornell, pled guilty to failure of operator to notify police of accident and operating without a valid license (2nd within 3 years). Kuechler must submit to a DNA sample and pay the surcharge and three demerit points. All costs of $832.50 are to be paid to the Taylor County Clerk of Court’s office in the amount of $25/month beginning January 3, 2023.

Charges of possession of open intoxicants in vehicledriver and operating a motor vehicle without insurance were dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.

Timothy Michael Spinler, 43, of Medford, pled guilty to operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/ controlled substance/refusal). All costs of $579 are to be paid directly to the Taylor County Clerk of Court’s office in the amount of $50/month, which began December 19. Spinler shall submit to a DNA sample at the Taylor County Sheriff’s Department. Charges of failure to stop at stop sign and non-registration of vehicle-auto<10,000 lbs. were dismissed on prosecutors motion.

Dismissed charges

Andrew J. Clark,, 32, of Gilman, was charged with the following charges: two charges of misdemeanor bail-jumping, disorderly conduct, OWI (2nd offense), operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/ controlled substance/refusal) and operating with PAC (2nd offense) were dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.

Sava Giuseppe Stojanov, 28, of Marshfield, was charged with theft. Charge was dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.

Found guilty

David L. Glenn, 33, of Medford, pled no contest and was found guilty of sex offender-failure to update information. Glenn must submit to a DNA sample at the Taylor County Sheriff’s Department. All fines and costs of $518 are to be paid directly to the Taylor County Clerk of Court’s office in the amount of $25/month beginning 30 days from his release from prison. Jail sentence may be served with Huber and good time and can be served in any county in the state of Wisconsin. A second charge of sex offender-failure to provide information was dismissed but read in court.

OWI

Cory William Wallschlaeger, 38, of Schofield, pled guilty to OWI (1st offense). All fines of $957.50 are to be paid directly to the Taylor County Clerk of Courts. License was revoked for seven months and an ignition interlock system will be installed for twelve months upon licensure. Wallschlaeger is to attend and complete the Victim Impact Panel and complete AODA and follow through with driver safety plan. A charge of operating with PAC >=0.15 (1st offense) was dismissed on courts own motion.
