Stephanie Cheryl Gutowski, 47, of Albany, pled not guilty [written] to disorderly conduct. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for February 13, 2023, at 11:30 a.m. A court trial is scheduled for March 21, 2023, at 10 a.m.

Mahad Yusaf Mohamed, 34, of Fargo, ND, pled not guilty [written] to passing vehicle indicating a left turn. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for January 26, 2023, at 2:45 p.m.

Calvin Vernon Morgan, 70, of Princeton, pled not guilty [written] to speeding in 55mph zone (16-19 mph over). A pre-trial conference is scheduled for February 13, 2023, at 1:15 p.m. A court trial is scheduled for March 21, 2023, at 10 a.m.

Steven Michael Passehl, 53, of Athens, pled not guilty to operating an ATV or UTV while intoxicated, operate an ATV or UTV in a careless way, operate an ATV or UTV with PAC (1st offense). A pre-trial conference is scheduled for February 13, at 1:45 p.m. A court trial is scheduled for March 21, at 10 a.m.

Anthony Alan Roberts, 35, of Medford, pled not guilty to displaying unauthorized vehicle registration plates and operate without a valid driver’s license because of expiration. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for January 10, 2023, at 11 a.m. A court trial is scheduled for February 21, 2023, at 10:30 a.m.

Tukker Jeffrey Schreiner, 17, of Medford, pled not guilty [written] to cracked/damaged vehicle windshield. A pre-trial conference is schedule for January 10, 2023, at 10:30 a.m. A court trial is scheduled for February 21, 2023, at 10:30 a.m.

Virginia R. Berndt, 53, of Medford, pled not guilty to operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/ controlled substance/refusal). A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for March 20, 2023, at 10:30 a.m.

Sacha M. Osuski, 47, of Ogema, refusing to take a test for intoxication after arrest. Osuski didn’t request a refusal hearing in a timely manner and his license was revoked for two years.

Kenneth J. Pace, 17, of Medford, pled not guilty to possessing a dangerous weapon-person <18 and disorderly conduct. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for February 13, 2023, at 2:30 p.m.

Shirley Jo Redding, 58, of Gleason, pled not guilty to possession of THC (party to a crime) and possession of drug paraphernalia (party to a crime). A pre-trial conference is scheduled for February 15, 2023, at 10 a.m.

Terry D. Redding, 63, of Gleason, pled not guilty to possession of THC (party to a crime) and possession of drug paraphernalia (party to a crime). A pre-trial conference is scheduled for February 15, 2023, at 10 a.m.

Pedro B. Rojas, 33, of Medford, pled not guilty to disorderly conduct-domestic abuse-infliction of physical pain or injury. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for February 28, 2023, at 10:30 a.m. A status hearing is scheduled for March 20, 2023, at 10 a.m.

Probation/sentence withheld

Andrea Eva Duarte, 27, of Dorchester, pled guilty to possession of THC. Sentence was withheld and a probation of one year was ordered. Duarte shall submit to a DNA sample at the Taylor County Sheriff’s Department and undergo an AODA and follow through with treatment recommendations. The fines and costs of $673.50 shall be paid directly to the Taylor County Clerk of Court’s office at the rate of $50/month beginning January 16, 2023. Duarte shall undergo counseling as deemed appropriate by probation. A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed but read in court.

Denver E. Liddell, 26, of Wausau, pled no contest and was found guilty of battery. Sentence was withheld and a probation of one year was ordered. Liddell shall submit to a DNA sample at the Taylor County Sheriff’s Department and shall have no contact with the victim. Liddell shall write a letter of apology to the victim within 30 days of sentencing and shall be pre-approved by probation. The costs of $443.00 shall be paid directly to the Taylor County Clerk of Court’s office at the rate of $25/ month beginning March 30, 2023. A charge of strangulation and suffocation (with a previous conviction) was dismissed but read in court.

Anthony A. Roberts, 35, of Medford, pled no contest and was found guilty of sex offender-failure to provide information. Sentence was withheld and a probation of one year was ordered. Roberts shall submit to a DNA sample at the Taylor County Sheriff’s Department and shall undergo counseling as deemed appropriate by probation. The costs of $533 shall be paid directly to the Taylor County Clerk of Courts at the rate of $50/month beginning January 3, 2023.

Davida L. Thompson, 48, of Gilman, pled no contest and was found guilty of possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting or obstructing an officer. Sentence was withheld and a probation of one year was ordered. Thompson shall submit to a DNA sample at the Taylor County Sheriff’s Department by December 30. Bond of $500 has been applied towards the costs. The remaining costs of $386 shall be paid directly to the Taylor County Clerk of Courts at the rate of $25/month beginning February 1, 2023. Thompson shall undergo AODA and comply with any treatment recommendations. A charge of possession of methamphetamine was dismissed but read in court.
