Aaron N. Black a.k.a. Aaron Nicholas Black, 39, of Medford, pled not guilty to a charge of battery (domestic abuse-infliction of physical pain or injury). A pre-trial conference is scheduled for April 6, at 1 p.m. A status hearing is scheduled for April 22, at 11 a.m.

Casey L. Hutjens, 41, of Medford, pled not guilty to the charges of manufacturing/deliver amphetamine (>10-50g second or subsequent offense; conspiracy to commit) and maintaining drug trafficking place (party to a crime; second and subsequent offense.

Jeffrey A. Olson c/o Portage County Jail, 41, of Stevens Point, pled not guilty to the charges of disorderly conduct (domestic abuse-threat) and intentionally abuse hazardous substance. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for April 20, at 1 p.m. A status hearing is scheduled for April 22, at 8:30 a.m.

Kevin T. Hofmann, 56, of Medford, pled not guilty to disorderly conduct (domestic abuse-infliction of physical pain or injury). A pre-trial conference is scheduled for April 6, at 1:30 p.m. A status hearing is scheduled for April 18, at 1 p.m.

Michael John Moser, 46, of Phillips, pled not guilty to the following charges: felony bail-jumping, OWI (5th offense), Operating with PAC (5th offense), and operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal).

Spencer R. Leu, 30, of Stetsonville pled not guilty to battery-domestic abuse, criminal damage to property, and disorderly conduct. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for March 8, at 2 p.m. and a status hearing is scheduled for April 6, at 10:30 a.m.

Thomas M. McCann, 46, of Waupun pled not guilty to misdemeanor bail-jumping. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for March 8, at 1 p.m.

Jose Bernardo Martinez-Castellanos, 41, of Medford pled not guilty to operating without a valid license (2nd within 3 years). He also pled not guilty to operating a motor vehicle without insurance. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for March 9, at 3:30 p.m.

Jared D. Roiger, 31, of Medford pled not guilty to OWI (3rd offense), and possession of open intoxicants in MVdriver. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for March 9, at 2 p.m.

Hailey Lynn Zickert, 16, of Rib Lake, pled not guilty to probationary licensee operating ‘Class D’ vehicle between hours of 12 midnight and 5 a.m. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for March 9, at 10:30 a.m. A court trial is scheduled for April 19, at 10:30 a.m. She pled no contest and was found guilty of operation without required lamps lighted. She is ordered to pay a forfeiture of $162.70.

Charles Robert Kuhn, 40, pled not guilty to operating while suspended. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for March 9, at 11:45 p.m. A court trial is scheduled for April 19, at 10 a.m.

Michael K. Bauer, 32, of Medford, pled not guilty to OWI (3rd offense) and operating with PAC (3rd offense). Bauer was found not guilty in jury trial on February 14.

Efrain Florescamerena, 29, of Medford, was charged with operating a motor vehicle without insurance. The charge was dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.

Becky Ann Heser, 60, of Medford, was charged with operating motor vehicle without 2 headlights. The charge was dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.

Rob Lee Treankler, 58, of Medford, was charged with retail theft. Charges were dismissed on court’s own motion.

Nathan Daniel Niemuth, 38, of Medford pled no contest and was found guilty of ATV or UTV- cause injury with PAC .08%+. Sentence was withheld and a probation of 1 year was ordered. Niemuth must submit a DNA sample and attend AODA and follow through with recommendations. Court orders a payment plan of $100/ month beginning on February 17, to pay the fine of $907.08. Charges of operating an ATV or UTV with PAC (1st offense), ATV or UTV-cause injury/while intoxicated, and operating ATV or UTV while intoxicated were dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.

Slater Allen Piller, 17, of Medford, pled no contest and was found guilty of exceeding speed zones (25-29 mph over). The charge was amended from exceeding speed zones (30-34 mph over). He was ordered to pay a forfeiture of $250.90.

Samantha V. Smith, 34, of Medford, pled no contest and was found guilty of trespassing. She was ordered to pay a forfeiture of $200.50. A charge of resisting/obstructing an officer, was dismissed on a prosecutor’s motion.

Luke M. Vetterkind, 39, of Thorp pled no contest and was found guilty of OWI (1st offense). Vetterkind must complete AODA and follow through with a driver safety plan and his license was revoked for 6 months. He forfeited $1,035.50. A charge of operating with PAC >=0.15 (1st offense) was dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.
