Taxpayers in the Rib Lake School District will see an increase in their tax bills this year due to rising costs and lack of additional state funding.

The owners renovated and converted the former nursing home facility into a mixedsize apartment complex with seven different styles of apartments ranging from a 600 square foot studio apartment to a 1,400 unit with three bedrooms and two baths.
