Medford School Board sets levy after cuts, state changes
Since 1988 C&G Mini Mart has been a part of the Rib Lake community. That community pride continues with a recent presentation of a check for $1,318 to the Rib Lake Fire Department from the Pump for a Cause. A portion of the proceeds from people using the Pump for a Cause pump at C&G Mini Mart in Rib Lake go to help designated organizations. The fire department was designated the Pump for a cause recipient for August and September. Upcoming organizations include Rib Lake Fish and Game, Rib Lake Lions Club, American Legion Post No. 274 and Rib Lake High School. Cindy Hanke (left) presents a check to fire chief Russ Bullis.
