Mayerling Marisela Cordoba Ubeda, 38, of Dorchester, was found guilty due to a guilty plea of operating without carrying a license, amended from operating without a valid license (third plus within three years) and was ordered to pay $393.50.

Alexander Gomezgutierrez, 25, of Medford, was found guilty due to a guilty plea of operating without carrying a license amended from operating without a valid license (second within three years) and was ordered to pay $393.50.

Donna Hester, 57, of Medford, was found guilty of automobile following too closely, amended from inattentive driving, and was ordered to pay $200.50.

Brent Holt, 39, of Medford, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of operating without carrying a license, amended from operating while suspended, and was ordered to pay $150.10.

Mathew Kostner, 18, of Medford, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of underage drinking/possession first and was ordered to pay $263.50.

Kyler Larue, 18, of Chetek, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of theft, and was ordered to pay fines and restitution totaling $944.06.

Quentin McGuire, 44, of Phillips, was found guilty due to a guilty plea of possession of THC (2nd+ offense) and was ordered to pay $2,733.

Kailey Miller, 20, of Abbotsford, was found guilty of operating without a valid licenses, amended from operating while revoked (revoked due to alcohol/controlled substance/ refusal) and was ordered to pay $267.50. Ryan Pribbernow, 45, of Spencer, was found guilty of speeding in 55 mph zone (1-10 mph) amended from speeding in 55 mph zone (11-15 mph) and was ordered to pay $175.30. A charged of operating a motor vehicle without proof of insurance was dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.

Gary Schumacher, 66, of Stetsonville, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of operating ATV or UTV improperly on routes/trails/lands/roadway and was ordered to pay $162.70.

Jonathon Sternweis, 17, of Marshfield, was found guilty of speeding in 55 mph zone (20-24 mph) amended from speeding in 55 mph zone (30-34 mph) and was ordered to pay $225.70.

Francisco Tinco Joyas, 46, of Medford, was found guilty of operating without a valid license (second within three years). Two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping were dismissed but read in for sentencing purposes. He was ordered to pay $705.

Deferred prosecution

A deferred prosecution agreement was approved for Mathew Kostner, 18, of Medford, for a charge of disorderly conduct.

Dismissed

Charges of rear side window excessive tinting, rear window excessive tinting, and vent/side window excessive tinting were dismissed on prosecutor’s motion against Walker Thomas Ewing, 23, of Medford.

Plea entered

Casey Dicus, 40, of Ladysmith, plead guilty to theft of moveable property greater than $5,000 and less than $10,000, four felony bail jumping charges and one misdemeanor bail jumping charge. A status hearing will be held on October 22 at 10:30 a.m. at the Taylor County Courthouse.
