The Athens varsity football team snapped its three-game losing streak against Thorp with a 54-12 home win on Friday. Before Friday, the last year the Bluejays had beaten the Cardinals was 2021.
Firefighters from Medford and Stetsonville fire departments responded to a garage fire at W8579 Hwy 64 in the town of Hammel on Wednesday, May 13.
