Found guilty
Kim Quist, 59, of Dorchester, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of failure to keep vehicle under control. A charge of failure of operator to notify police of an accident was dismissed on prosecutor’s motion. Court ordered her to pay $213.10.
Marlin Raymond, 62, of Medford, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of speeding in an alley (16-19 mph) amended from speeding in alley (16-19 mph) - highway area and was ordered to pay $200.50.
Juvenal Tzinzun-Maciel, 52, of Abbotsford, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of operating without carrying a license, amended from operating without a valid license (3rd+ within three years) and was ordered to pay $393.50.

Ronda Adcock, 48, of Thorp, pled not guilty to battery. A status hearing is scheduled for October 27 at 9 a.m. at the Taylor County Courthouse.
Marshall Fuchs, 26, of Medford, pled not guilty to placing a false emergency 9-1-1 call. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for 3 p.m. on September 23 with the district attorney.
Anthony Johnson, 31, of Neillsville, pled not guilty to disorderly conduct - domestic abuse. A status hearing is scheduled for October 6 at 11:15 a.m. at the Taylor County Courthouse.
Kaedyn Kopelke, 18, of Ogema, pled not guilty to causing injury while operating under the influence; felony bail jumping; and causing injuring while operating with a PAC (PAC <.15). A status hearing is scheduled for October 8 at 9:30 a.m. at the Taylor County Courthouse.
Quentin McGuire, 44, of Phillips, pled not guilty to possession of THC (2nd+ offense). A plea and sentencing hearing will be held at 2:15 p.m. on September 8 at the Taylor County Courthouse.
Alyssa Miller, 28, of Withee, pled not guilty to possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia. A pretrial conference is scheduled for September 30 at 10:30 a.m. with the district attorney.
Cody Miller 30, of Lublin, pled not guilty to disorderly conduct and battery. A pretrial conference is scheduled for September 23 at 2 p.m. with the district attorney.
Cody Oelke-Hamm, 28, of Neillsville, pled not guilty to possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia. A status hearing is scheduled for August 28 at 1 p.m. at the Taylor County Courthouse.
Kai Stauersboi, 38, of Butternut, pled not guilty to battery by prisoners; theft of moveable property >$5,000$10,000 as a party to a crime, resisting or obstructing an officer (repeater), and three counts of felony bail jumping (repeater). A status hearing is scheduled for 9:15 a.m. on October 8 at the Taylor County Courthouse.
Bryce Shafranski, 28, of Medford, pled not guilty to possession of THC. A pretrial conference with the district attorney is scheduled for 10 a.m. on October 13.
Dismissed
A charge of retail theft -failure to pay for service was dismissed against Nicholas Salzgeber, 39, of Gilman, upon completion of a deferred prosecution agreement.
Divorce
On August 7, a divorce was granted to Stephanie Schmudlach of Rib Lake and Taylor Bryant of Cornell.
