Tsunamis, massive earthquakes, fires, flooding, points of unbearable heat, extreme wind storms, the list could continue but who wants to just have a list of words strung together. Insert laughing emoji because that is essentially what I am currently doing. Stringing words together to make somewhat of a pleasurable column for you all to read.

Now, back to my original thought - it’s not a laughing matter. The weather is starting to feel as if we stepped into a level that has triggered harder events, on our way to the boss level. I have been watching the reports of the tsunami hitting parts of Japan, Russia and reported to hit Hawaii and the west coast of the United States. In all the reports I can find there seems to be no casualties and all are safe. Structural damage for sure, but human and animal life - safe.

On to the next level of weather inland of the United States. A “derecho” storm has been running across the mid to central states, reeking havoc to structures as the winds can be over 100 mph. So from what I gathered, a derecho storm is a “long-lived line of storms that often produce extreme wind damage… that can last eight hours or longer and travels hundreds of miles across the country,” according to National Weather Service’s meteorologist in Chicago, Gino Izzi. The wind damage can be comparable to destructive forces like tornadoes or hurricanes.

In my curious little mind I wonder why the weather seems to be changing and not only getting louder (like the heavens are having a bowling ball tourney and all are invited or the extraterrestrials are having an EDM concert outside of our atmosphere and their subwoofers and light show are placed right by earth), but they are getting more severe across the world. So I did a little bit of research and one viewpoint as to why our weather on Earth is going a bit “lulu” is from the planetary waves that are causing gigantic undulations in the Earth’s jet stream, also known as Quasi-resonant amplification.

Quasi-resonant amplification (QRA) of planetary waves cause the jet streams in our worldly atmosphere to shift slowly; like a massive, flowing river of air that becomes amplified and gets stuck, or stalled, resulting in extreme weather patterns over a region for an extended period of time. Looking further into the small batch of research papers and studies about QRA, I found that the scientific belief is that climate change is a big cause.

If we look at the Earth with the point of view of a marble in a static vacuum state, could it not only be from our internal atmospheric state of QRA but also have something to do with the outer space placement and energy dispersement? Not saying this has anything to do with our current Earthly weather but there have been massive solar flares lately and also the observation of a new solar system forming. We all know that energy is neither created nor destroyed, so maybe we are just experiencing a shift in energy universally and witnessing the universe ‘bend.’
