Loyal Pop Up Shoppe provides opportunity for local vendors to shine
Above, through their business “It’s a Book Day,” (l-r) Alayna and Maleia Smith of Loyal sell pre-wrapped books, offering bibliophiles a “blind date with a book” in various genres. People can also bring their own book that the Smiths will wrap as a a gift. Below left is one of the handcrafted mosaic crochet ponchos that Pat Bell of Loyal has for sale at the shop. Below right, Jennifer Bender is the building owner and vendor operator. By providing her space to local vendors, she hopes to encourage people to shop local and promote downtown economic activity. At bottom right, Jodi Rueth of Neillsville sells Norwex products, including the original cleaning cloth, other cleaning products, kitchen towels, washcloths and bath towels, and skin care products.
