Court dates May 1-15 Violations resulting in incarceration or probation Sherry R. Ryan, 60, Madison, was fined $17,794.98 for theft—false representation greater than $10,000 to $100,000. She was sentenced to six months in jail and placed on probation for five years.

Rick A. Stratton, 59, Nekoosa, was fined $2,450 for felony bail jumping and operating while intoxicated (OWI, third). He was sentenced to 100 days in local jail. He had his license revoked for 24 months, and will be required to use an ignition interlock device for 24 months and complete an alcohol assessment. A charge of felony bail jumping was dismissed but read in to the court record.

David Dwight St. Clair, 34, Amherst Junction, was fined $1,061 for knowingly violating a domestic abuse order—injunction (domestic abuse assessments) and vehicle operator flee/elude officer. His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for three years. Two charges of felony bail jumping were dismissed but read in to the court record.

Sierra Marie Steen, 35, Gilman, was fined $961 for possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor bail jumping. Her sentence was withheld and she was placed on probation for three years. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were felony bail jumping and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Riley Aiden Schneider, 19, Loyal, was fined $886 for resisting/failing to stop and misdemeanor bail jumping. His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for two years. A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed but read in to the court record.

Kristine Nicole Eddy, 39, Merrillan, was fined $443 for disorderly conduct (repeater). Her sentence was withheld and she was placed on probation for 12 months. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were battery (repeater) and misdemeanor bail jumping (repeater).

Denean M. Samaniego, 29, Colby, was fined $443 for battery. Their sentence was withheld and they were placed on probation for one year. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were disorderly conduct and misdemeanor bail jumping.

Brandon L.E. Woods, 30, Neillsville, was fined $443 for leaving or storing a loaded firearm near a child. His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for 12 months. He will be required to complete a firearms safety course. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were neglecting a child (consequence is bodily harm) and neglecting a child (no harm and child is less than 6 years old or has a disability).

Cameron Marlow Kennedy, 19, Marshfield, was fined $1,326 for OWI (first) and possession of drug paraphernalia. Their license was revoked six months and they will be required to complete an alcohol assessment.

Tyler Joe Mohr, 32, Neillsville, was fined $790.50 for operating while revoked (forfeiture first), license restriction violation—Class D or M vehicle, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Erisha Rosalba Ramirez, 19, Colby, was fined $768 for operating without a valid license (second within three years).

Eliel Mejia Hernandez, 32, Eau Claire, was fined $705 for operating without a valid license (third-plus within three years).

Sarah E. Green, 37, Withee, was fined $701.20 for two counts of animals running at large and two counts of dog license required.

Scott Stewart Hineline Jr., 49, Greenwood, was fined $579 for operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal).

Makayla Jo-Lana Hodgson, 22, Neillsville, was fined $568.50 for prohibition against theft.

Christopher Joseph Hutchens, 41, Colby, was fined $518 for possession of methamphetamine (repeater). His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for two years. A charge dismissed but read in to the court record was possession of drug paraphernalia (repeater).
