Found guilty
Sarah Cram, 35, of Medford, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of possession of drug paraphernalia and was ordered to pay $263.50.
Jose Del Valle Rivera, 45, was found guilty due to a jury trial of fourth degree sexual assault. Court accepts the verdict and finds defendant guilty. Victim notification has been complied with for sentencing. Court orders a withheld sentence and places defendant on probation for one year. Conditions of probation are to pay court costs, provide a DNA sample and pay the surcharge, undergo alcohol and other drug assessment and follow through with any recommended treatment, do any other assessments deemed necessary by probation, attend counseling as deemed appropriate by the probation agent, defendant shall have no contact with M.A.M. and defendant shall serve 5 days of jail time with Huber privileges. The jail time may be served in any increments of time at the discretion of the probation agent and within the first 6 months of supervision.
Ezra Graumann, 23, of Chelsea, was found guilty due to no contest pleas of the following offenses: operating left of center, failure to keep vehicle under control and failure to report an accident. He was ordered to pay $626.70.
Amie Kallas, 47, of Rib Lake, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of operating while revoked (revoked due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal) and was ordered to pay $443.
Anthony Meyer, 45, of Medford, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of operating without a valid license and was ordered to pay $200.50.
Jack Schluneger, 58, of Hesperia, Calif. was found guilty at court trial of harassment and was ordered to pay $263.50.
Hunter Tischer, 22, of Gilman, was found guilty due to guilty plea of possess open intoxicants in motor vehicle driver and OWI (1st). Charges of operating with a PAC >=.08 and <.15 and possession of marijuana were dismissed on prosecutorâs motion. Court orders him to pay $263.50 for the possession of open intoxicants and for the OWI order him to pay $1,001, have his license revoked for 7 months and undergo an alcohol assessment.
Pleas entered
Sherry Bergen, 50, of Medford, pled not guilty to resisting or obstructing an officer. A pre-trial conference was scheduled for April 30.
Brandon Jackson, 37, of Medford, pled not guilty to battery - domestic abuse and disorderly conduct - domestic abuse. A status hearing is scheduled for May 22 at 1 p.m. at the Taylor County Courthouse.
Soren Wanta, 34, of Wausau, pled not guilty to knowingly violating a domestic abuse order - injunction. A status hearing is scheduled for May 7 at 2 p.m. at the Taylor County Courthouse.
