Court dates Oct. 1-15 Violations resulting in incarceration or probation Luke Jeffrey Sauer, 29, Thorp, was fined $2,815 for operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration (PAC, fourth, alcohol fine enhancer) and manufacture/deliver THC (greater than 200 to 1,000 grams). All but 29 days of his jail sentence were stayed, and he was placed on probation for three years. He will be required to use an ignition interlock device and had his license revoked for 36 months. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were: speeding in a 55 mph zone (20-24 mph), non-registration of a vehicle — an auto less than 10,000 pounds, refusal to take test for intoxication after arrest, operating while intoxicated (OWI, fourth), felony bail jumping, ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/violate court order, possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Jody D. Parker, 46, Black River Falls, was fined $1,554 for possession of methamphetamine (second and subsequent offense), manufacture/deliver amphetamine (less than or equal to 3 grams) and felony bail jumping (repeater). Parker was sentenced to four years in state prison and three years of extended supervision. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record include: two counts of possession of THC (repeater), possession of methamphetamine(repeater),possessionofdrugparaphernalia (repeater) and manufacture/deliver THC (greater than 200 to 1,000 grams).
Andrew C. Tomasek, 35, Thorp, was fined $443 for possession of amphetamine/LSD/psilocin. His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for 12 months. A charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, as party to a crime, was dismissed but read in to the court record.
Various forfeitures (organized by dollar amount) Daniel H. Windl, 52, Thorp, was fined $3,058 for possessing a firearm after convicted of a felony. A charge of failure to obtain deer hunting required approval was dismissed but read in to the court record.
Lance Gene Meier, 52, Ogema, was fined $1,875.40 for violation of special weight limits.
David Enrique Benavidez Vaca, 45, Medford, was fined $1,224.80 for operating while intoxicated (first) and deviation from designated lane. He had his license revoked seven months and will be required to use an ignition interlock device.
Ethyn Nathanyal Peterson, 29, was fined $1,329 for two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping and one count of disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to nine months in local jail. Two additional counts of misdemeanor bail jumping were dismissed but read in to the court record.
Gerardo Calderon Perez, 48, Owen, was fined $1,212.20 for operating without a valid license because of expiration and operating with a PAC greater than or equal to 0.15 (first). His license was revoked seven months and he will be required to complete an alcohol assessment.
Jean Samson Ngirwe, 50, Spencer, was fined $1,181.10 for operating with a PAC greater than or equal to 0.08 but less than 0.15 (first) and failure to keep vehicle under control. He had his license revoked six months and will be required to complete an alcohol assessment.
Jacob Angus Sillars, 18, Wausau, was fined $1,082.50 for OWI (first). He had his license revoked seven months, and will be required to use an ignition interlock device and complete an alcohol assessment.
Sharon Kauth Schultz, 62, Greenbush, Minn., was fined $1,081 for operating with a PAC (greater than or equal to 0.15, first). Her license was revoked eight months and she will be required to use an ignition interlock device and complete an alcohol assessment.
Modesto Lopez Bautista, 23, Curtiss, was fined $1,049.50 for operating with a PAC greater than or equal to 0.08 but less than 0.15 (first). He had his license revoked seven months, and will be required to use an ignition interlock device and complete an alcohol assessment.
Marco A. Sanchezpetro, 23, Owen, was fined $1,049.50 for OWI (first). His license was revoked for seven months. He will be required to complete an alcohol assessment.
Tyler James Pedersen, 33, Greenwood, was fined $999.50 for hunting with an improper license – R, failure to register harvested animal within established timeframe and illegal loaded firearm (not handgun) in motorized vehicle.
Luis Ornelas Lopez, 32, Stetsonville, was fined $968 for OWI (first). He had his license revoked six months and will be required to complete an alcohol assessment. Charges of possessing open intoxicants in a motor vehicle — driver and operating with a PAC (greater than or equal to 0.08 but less than 0.15, first) were dismissed but read in to the court record.
Uriah J. Broennimann, 36, Wausau, was fined $936.50 for operating with a PAC (greater than or equal to 0.08 but less than 0.15, first). He had his license revoked six months and will be required to complete an alcohol assessment.
Robert E. Phipps Sr., 54, Marshfield, was fined $935.50 for operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal).
Jarrett A. Rausch, 26, Spencer, was fined $926 for operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal, fourth-plus, repeater). A charge of speeding in a 55 mph zone (45-plus mph) was dismissed but read in to the court record.

Mark E. Troyer, 19, Gilman, was fined $527 for disorderly conduct and underage drinking — possess — 17-20 (first). He also had his license suspended 30 days.
Arrik Nicholas Guess, 19, Drummond, was fined $501.80 for displaying an unauthorized vehicle registration plate and possession of THC (ordinance violation).
Dean Eugene Prindle, 49, Humbird, was fined $450 for breeding place for vermin; public nuisance — continuous violation of township ordinances; and abandoned, junked vehicle and appliances prohibited.
