Donations requested to furnish Loyal fire victims’ homes
Families who lost homes in the Sept. 12 Loyal fire are now moving into homes and in the position to accept housewares. The following items were some of the needs as of Oct. 22.
People should check the post on the “City of Loyal” Facebook page before donating to ensure someone already hasn’t donated that item. They should also comment what they are donating to avoid duplicate donations. For those not on Facebook, contact Amanda Stephens at 715-613-9519 for the latest information.
Items should be new or like new. They don’t have to be new, but in good condition. Hair We Are salon in Loyal is the drop-off place. Donations should be dropped off during business hours. Monetary donations can also be made to the Loyal Fire Fund at Citizens State Bank in Loyal. This person also has grandkids who lost all their toys at her house, so if you have some extras and would like to donate, it would be greatly appreciated. They like….
