eports Found Guilty

Guled B. Abdi, 32, of Ramsey Mn, was found guilty due to a no contest plea for disorderly conduct and was fined $330.50.

Dante Raymond Axon, 17, of Medford, was found guilty due to a no contest plea for truancy and truancy 2nd + and has been ordered to pay a $200.50 fine and a $263.50 fine.

Kylen S. Copenhaver, 34, of Sheldon, was found guilty due to a no contest plea for improper transfer of approval or permit for a fine of $182.70.

Autumn M.D. Dodge, 23, of Gilman, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of neglecting a child (specified harm did not occur) and was fined $579.

Cody L. Haynes, 34, Black River Falls, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of physical abuse of a child, repeated acts causing bodily harm and has a fine of $518.00 and 3 years in state prison and 5 years extended supervision. A charge for resisting or obstructing an officer and child enticement-sexual contact were dismissed but read in.

Daniel Lee Jacobs, 41, of Lublin, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of exceeding speed zone (1-10 mph) for a fine of $175.30. A charge for operating a motor vehicle without insurance was dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.

Timothy Paul Kramas, 56, of Athens, was found guilty due to guilty plea of inattentive driving for a $187 fine, and was found guilty due to guilty plea for a OWI (2nd). Charges of operating while revoked (rev due to alc/contr/subst/refusal/) and operating w/PAC (2nd) were dismissed on prosecutor’s motion. The court ordered to pay $1,588, and serve 25 days of county jail with Huber and good time, jail may be served in any county provided it is at no extra cost to Taylor County and is approved by the Taylor County Sheriff. Kramas must submit a DNA sample and pay the surcharge, 14 month driver’s license revocation, have an ignition interlock device for 12 months, AODA assessment and follow through with the driver safety plan, and pay the $33.00 blood draw fee. Kramas has 2 days of sentence credit and must report no later than June 14 at 4:30 p.m.

Jason Michael Rychtik, 20, of Medford, was found guilty due to pleading guilty for failing to pay parking fine and was fined $169.

Brittany Elizabeth Marie Stanke, 25, of Rib Lake, was found guilty due to no contest plea for an amended charge of disorderly conduct and was fined $330.50.

Brittany Lena Volkman, 32, of Rib Lake, was found guilty due to no contest plea for disorderly conduct and was fined $263.50.

Alan Morraco Whetstone, 49, of Stetsonville, was found guilty due to no contest plea for improper turn into driveway/private road for a $162.70 fine Jack Michael Wojcik, 17, of Medford, was found guilty at court trial after pleading not guilty for retail theft and has a $389.50 fine.

Deferred Prosecution

A deferred prosecution agreement was reached for a charge of resisting/obstructing an officer for Ervin A Lambright, 67, of Lublin.

A deferred prosecution agreement was reached for a charge for inattentive driving for Cole Michael Ziehlke, 40, of Medford.

Charge dismissed

A charge for disorderly conduct for Tylor A. Zondlo, 27, of Medford, was dismissed.

Divorce

On April 27, a divorce was granted to Steven Dietzman of Medford and Tina Dietzman of Medford.
