OURT Court dates March 1-15 Bryan K. Fondren, 58, La Crosse, was fined $6,518 for burglary to a building or dwelling (as party to a crime). He was sentenced to three years in state prison along with three years of extended supervision.
Louella H. Sensenig, 31, Granton, was fined $5,277.56 for criminal trespass to a dwelling, theft of movable property greater than $2,500 to $5,000, intimidating a victim/ dissuading reporting, and battery (domestic abuse β infliction of physical pain or injury). Her sentence was withheld and she was placed on three yearsβ probation. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were three counts of felony bail jumping, two counts of criminal damage to property (one with a domestic abuse modifi er), false imprisonment (domestic abuse assessments), theft of movable property less than or equal to $2,500 and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse assessments).
Tyler Dennis Johnson, 39, Abbotsford, was fined $3,264 for operating while intoxicated (OWI), his third. He had his license revoked for 30 months. His jail sentence was stayed except for 14 days, and he was placed on probation for 30 months.
Nancy Ortiz Ruiz, 46, Colby, was fined $2,515 for battery (domestic abuse assessments, infliction of physical pain or injury), two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping (one with a domestic abuse assessment modifier), disorderly conduct (use of a dangerous weapon, domestic abuse assessments) and possession of THC. She was placed on probation for 36 months. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were four counts of misdemeanor bail jumping, strangulation and suffocation (domestic abuse assessments), two counts of disorderly conduct (domestic abuse assessments), battery (use of a dangerous weapon, domestic abuse assessments) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Christian J. Baker, 22, Dorchester, was fined $2,001.50 for repeated sexual assault of the same child with at least three violations of first or second degree sexual assault (lifetime supervision of serious sex offenders), felony bail jumping and knowingly violating a child abuse order β injunction. He was sentenced to nine months in local jail plus 10 years of probation. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record include two additional counts of felony bail jumping and two additional counts of knowingly violating a child abuse order β injunction.
Matthew J. Jonas, 40, Marshfield, was fined $1,744 for operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration (PAC, third). He was sentenced to 45 days in local jail. He had his license revoked for 24 months, and he will be required to use an ignition interlock device and undergo an alcohol assessment.
Misty L. Roberts, 44, Menomonie, was fined $1,479 for possessing with intent β heroin greater than 3-10 grams (as party to a crime) and amphetamine/methamphetamine/ etc. greater than 10-50 grams (as party to a crime), and neglecting a child (specified harm did not occur). She was sentenced to two years of state prison and two years of extended supervision. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia (one with a party to a crime modifi er), possessing with intent β amphetamine greater than 50 grams (as party to a crime), possessing with intent to deliver narcotics (as party to a crime), manufacturing or delivering a prescription drug (as party to a crime), two counts of possessing with intent β THC (greater than 200 to 1,000 grams), two counts of maintaining a drug trafficking place (one with a party to a crime modifi er), five counts of felony bail jumping, manufacturing or delivering an amphetamine less than or equal to 3 grams, possession of a controlled substance, neglecting a child (no harm and the child is less than 6 years or has a disability) and neglecting a child (specified harm did not occur).
Luigi Villagrana, 18, Greenwood, was fined $1,329 for carrying a concealed weapon, disorderly conduct (use of a dangerous weapon) and resisting or obstructing an officer. His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for two years. A charge of possessing a firearm β adjudicated was dismissed but read in to the court record.
Tracy Lynn Meyer, 50, Loyal, was fined $937.50 for OWI (first). Her license was revoked six months and she will be required to undergo an alcohol assessment.
Travis J. Mendez, 38, Merrill, was fined $543 for disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to 30 days in local jail. Charges dismissed but read in were possession of THC (second-plus offense, as party to a crime), possession of drug paraphernalia (as party to a crime), three counts of battery (domestic abuse β repeater), two counts of disorderly conduct (domestic abuse repeater) and disorderly conduct.
Various other forfeitures (organized by highest dollar amount) Peter L. Emer, 52, Humbird, was fined $1,970.50 for three counts of public nuisances affecting health, breeding places for vermin, etc.; two counts of junked vehicles and appliances on public property prohibited; and two counts of TM regulation of abandoned junk and inoperable vehicles.
Job J. Johnson, 21, Neillsville, was fined $1,410 for ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/violate court order and operating while revoked (revocation due alcohol/controlled substance/refusal).
D and D Mechanized Trucking Inc. was fined $700 for raw forest product (six-axle) overweight violation.
Kyle V. Wendt, 54, Marshfield, was fined $662 for operating an ATV or UTV while intoxicated, and resisting or obstruction of public officers (amended from resisting or obstructing an officer β forfeiture).
Jeffery S. Staab, 67, Dorchester, was fined $642 for disorderly conduct.
Jerel Claude Bowman, 46, Spencer, was fined $602.60 for failure to notify police of an accident and failure to keep a vehicle under control.
Joscelyn L. Dugal, 40, Cadott, was fined $520.80 for disorderly conduct.
Benjamin Ray Weix, 37, Colby, was fined $295 for operating a snowmobile greater than 55 miles per hour during hours of darkness (11-30 miles per hour above the limit).
David Yoder, 57, Loyal, was fined $275.50 for driving through/around a railroad crossing gate.
Shane F. Kloss, 19, Durand, was fined $267.50 for disorderly conduct.
Jessica Lynn Fecteau, 34, Medford, was fined $236 for disorderly conduct.
Jonathan T. Ellsworth, 36, Eagan, Minn., was fined $182.70 for fishing with unattended lines.
Davida Lea Thompson, 49, Greenwood, was fined $50 for refusal to take test for intoxication after arrest. She had her license revoked two years and will be required to use an ignition interlock device and complete an alcohol assessment.
