Court dates May 1β15 Violations resulting in incarceration or probation Silvia Marisol Moncel, 39, Stratford, was fined $2,715 for felony bail jumping and operating while intoxicated (OWI, fourth). She was sentenced to two years in state prison and two years of extended supervision. She is to maintain absolute sobriety from alcohol and substances, unless prescribed; have no entry to bars, taverns, liquor stores or any place whose primary purpose is the consumption of alcohol; and complete a domestic violence assessment and follow through. A charge of misdemeanor bail jumping (repeater) was dismissed but read in to the court record.
James S. Lehouillier, 65, Neillsville, was fined $1,854 for OWI (third). He was sentenced to 45 days in local jail. He will also be required to complete an alcohol assessment and use an ignition interlock device for 24 months, and his license has been revoked for 24 months. Charges of possess open intoxicants in a motor vehicle β driver and speeding in a 55 mph zone (11-15 mph) were dismissed but read in to the court record.
Luis Y. Gutierrez Velazquez, 19, Abbotsford, was fined $1,329 for possession of THC, possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting or obstructing an officer. His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for two years.
Evan Ray Duncan, 21, Marshfield, was fined $1,048 for theft of movable property less than or equal to $2,500. His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for one year. Another charge of theft of movable property less than or equal to $2,500 was dismissed but read in to the court record.
Terrany J. Flick, 40, Fairchild, was fined $886 for possessing amphetamine/LSD/psilocin and possession of THC. Their sentence was withheld and they were placed on probation for 18 months.
Steven D. Lauenstein, 53, Waupun, was fined $543 for battery (attempt, repeater, domestic abuse β infliction of physical pain or injury). He was sentenced to one year in local jail.
Matthew LH Maxam, 31, Unity, was fined $518 for manufacturing/delivering amphetamines (greater than 3 to 10 grams, second and subsequent offense). He was sentenced to four years in state prison, concurrent to the sentences heβs already serving, plus five years of extended supervision.
Various forfeitures (organized by dollar amount) Mark L. Fischer, 62, Rudolph, was fined $2,780.45 for violating Class A highway weight limits and vehicle equipment violations β Group 1.
Brayden James Boie, 21, Lublin, was fined $1,139 for operating while intoxicated (OWI, first, prohibited alcohol concentration β PAC β greater than or equal to 0.15). His license was revoked seven months and he will be required to complete an alcohol assessment.
Emma Laurayne Batteen, 18, Owen, was fined $728.60 for speeding on an expressway (35-plus miles per hour) and unreasonable and imprudent speed. Her license was suspended 15 days.
Julio Barrios, 28, Curtiss, was fined $631 for operating without a valid license (second within three years).
JD Lawrance Dullinger, 31, Fairchild, was fined $595 for failure of operator to notify police of an accident and operating a motor vehicle without insurance.
Dylan D. Kovatch, 29, Chili, was fined $553 for disorderly conduct (domestic abuse assessments).
Carin Lin Bridges, 63, Edgar, was fined $398 for possessing open intoxicants in a motor vehicle β driver and improper parking/standing of vehicle.
Casey Ronald Hagen, 48, Black River Falls, was fined $389.50 for failure of operator to notify police of accident.
Lucero Mariano Modesto, 34, Abbotsford, was fined $367.50 for disorderly conduct (domestic abuse assessments), amended from criminal damage to property.
Idil Abdullahi Farah-Asseyr, 26, Nashville, Tenn., was fined $263.50 for failure to change lane when passing a stopped emergency vehicle.
David Wayne Kaczmarcik, 68, Medford, was fined $263.50 for failure to change lane when passing a stopped emergency vehicle.
Jeffrey Alan Lyberg, 58, Chippewa Falls, was fined $263.50 for hit and run β unattended vehicle.
Nathan John Hass, 41, Granton, was fined $232 for ATV owner permitting operation by minor.
Isai Neftali Cruz Cruz, 21, Colby, was fined $213.10 for operating left of center.
Emanuel Bautista Cruz, 27, Dorchester, was fined $200.50 for possessing open intoxicants in a motor vehicle β passenger.
