OURT Gary J. Konieczny, 55, Abbotsford, was placed on probation for two years and fined $518 for second-degree recklessly endangering safety/as party to a crime.

Christopher L. Larson, 19, Chippewa Falls, was fined $263.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 30 days for a first underage drinking offense.

Phillip P. Leu, 31, Owen, was sentenced to 15 days in jail for disorderly conduct/domestic abuse. The jail sentence was stayed and he was placed on probation for 12 months and fined $543. Charges of bail jumping and ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Paige M. Lodahl, 21, Cadott, was fined $250.90 and her drivers license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).

Barbara J. Nelson, 19, Owen, was fined $263.50 and her driver’s license was suspended for 30 days for a first underage drinking offense.

Brian K. Oleyar, 62, Unity, was sentenced to 180 days in jail and fined $518 for possession of a firearm after conviction on an out-of-state felony.

Jose Oller, 62, Edina, Minn., was fined $389.50 for failure to notify police of an accident and $143.80 for disorderly conduct with a vehicle.

Paul E. Peterson, 30, Redlake, Minn., was fined $114.50 on each of two counts of disorderly conduct.

Ashley M. Prusinski, 21, Greenwood, was fined $515.50 for resisting or obstructing an officer and $200.50 for open intoxicants in a vehicle/passenger.

Sandra J. Raddeman, 66, Neillsville, was fined $389.50 for failure of operator to notify police of an accident, $150.10 for improper display of license plate/decal, and $213.10 for failure to keep a vehicle under control.

Jeremiah D. Shipman, 20, Neillsville, was fined $811.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment. Angela G. Smith, 34, Unity, was fined $389.50 for failure of operator to notify police of an accident and $187.90 for inattentive driving.

Maxine C. Tetzlaff, 36, Dorchester, was placed on probation for 18 months and ordered to pay $2,168 in costs and restitution for forgery. Additional charges of forgery and theft of moveable property were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Paul Victoria Garduno, 32, Unity, was fined $937.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $263.50 for open intoxicants in a vehicle/driver.

Brady J. Welke, 25, Thorp, was fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle while suspended, $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance, $389.50 for failure of operator to notify police of an accident, and $175.30 for non-registration.

Brian C. Williams, 65, Sauk City, was fined $213.10 for operating left of center and $175.30 for failure to obey a traffic officer/signal.

Roseanne L. Zimmerman, 27, Owen, was fined $250.90 and her driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).
