Students with ties to area earn college academic honors and achievements

Partridge, Dake named to UW-Superior Dean’s List

Tiffany Partridge of Gilman and Susan Dake of Medford, have been named to the Dean’s List at the University of Wisconsin-Superior for academic achievement during the Spring 2024 semester.

To be named to the Dean’s List, students must have completed 12 degreeseeking semester credits and achieved at least a 3.50 grade point average (on a 4.0 scale).

Founded in 1893 as a teacher’s college, UW-Superior has more than 50 program offerings, select online and graduate programs, competitive Division III athletics programs, continuing education, research and scholarship programs that support the community and region.

Clark, Mayrer named to St. Norbert College Dean’s List

Kayla Clark of Medford and Seth Mayrer of Medford have been named to the 2024 spring semester dean’s list at St. Norbert College. A minimum 3.5 grade point average is required for academic eligibility.

St. Norbert College celebrated its 125th anniversary during the 2023-24 academic year. SNC is known for its academic excellence, focus on international awareness, and leadership and service opportunities.

UW-Green Bay announces Spring academic honors

The University of Wisconsin-Green Bay has made public the names of undergraduate students receiving semester honors for spring 2024 semester academic achievement.

From Medford —Lucas Borman, Semester Honors; Emily Dassow, Semester Highest Honors; Brooke Klingbeil, Semester Highest Honors; Martha Joy Miller, Semester Highest Honors; Miles Searles, Semester Highest Honors; Alison Wagner, Semester High Honors; Chloe Werner, Semester Honors; Maegan Wudi, Semester Highest Honors.

From Rib Lake — Taylor Dunlap, Semester Honors.

Students who earn a 4.0 grade point average, which represents all “A” grades, receive highest honors. High honors go to students earning 3.99 to 3.75 grade point averages. Honors are given to students earning 3.74 to 3.50 grade point averages. All were full-time students in the fall/ winter term, earning 12 or more credits of graded coursework. This list includes students attending all four UW-Green Bay campuses (Green Bay, Marinette, Manitowoc, Sheboygan).

UW-Madison announces spring Dean’s List

The University of Wisconsin-Madison has recognized students named to the Dean’s List for the spring semester of the 2023-2024 academic year.

Students who achieve at a high level academically are recognized by the dean at the close of each semester. To be eligible for the Dean’s List, students must complete a minimum of 12 graded degree credits in that semester. Each university school or college sets its own GPA requirements for students to be eligible to receive the distinction.

Loras College announces Spring 2024 Dean’s List

Loras College has announced that Laurissa Klapatauskas of Medford achieved Dean’s List status for the 2024 spring semester. A student must earn a 3.5 grade point average and carry a minimum of 12 credit hours to be recognized.

UMD Announces Dean’s List for Spring Semester 2024

The University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD) has announced that Francine Seidel, of Stetsonville, who is a senior studying Education & Human Service was named to the Dean’s List for Spring Semester 2024. Students on the Dean’s List have achieved a grade point average of 3.50 or higher while earning a minimum of 12 letter-graded credits.
