Cadott falls to Macks

The Cadott softball program was on the road to McDonnell May 9, but offense didn’t follow the Hornets.

“A young team, in some new positions, challenged them in the first, two innings,” said assistant coach Allie Webster. “The third inning, the Hornets held the Macks to no runs, and only one run in the fourth and fifth inning, as well.”

Junior Kasey Moldrem was on the mound, with 4 strikeouts, but the game still went to McDonell, 11-0.

“Tough loss for the Hornets tonight,” said Webster.
