Court dates April 1–15 Violations resulting in incarceration or probation Russell D. Dorn, 43, Thorp, was fined $7,795.02 for aggravated battery (use of a dangerous weapon), felony bail jumping and knowingly violating a domestic abuse order. He was sentenced to 10 years in state prison and six years extended supervision, plus nine months in local jail with 208 days’ sentence credit. Charges of strangulation and suffocation (repeater) and two additional counts of felony bail jumping (repeater) were dismissed but read in to the court record.
Stanley R. Thorsen, 69, Neillsville, was fined $1,781 for operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration (PAC, second). He was sentenced to 30 days in local jail. He will be required to use an ignition interlock device and complete an alcohol assessment. He will also be subject to electronic monitoring.
Luis Enrique Rivera Rugama, 30, Fitchburg, was fined $1,654 for operating while intoxicated (OWI, second). He was sentenced to five days in local jail. He had his license revoked 12 months. He will be required to use an ignition interlock device and complete an alcohol assessment.
Jeremy Lawrence Wells, 28, Taylor, was fined $1,549 for OWI (second). He was sentenced to 10 days in local jail. He had his license revoked 12 months. He will be required to use an ignition interlock device and complete an alcohol assessment. A charge of possessing drug paraphernalia was dismissed but read in to the court record.
Tyler B. Wesson, 29, Granton, was fined $1,429 for operating with a PAC (second). He was sentenced to 10 days in local jail. He had his license revoked 12 months. He will be required to use an ignition interlock device and complete an alcohol assessment. He will also be subject to electronic monitoring.
Victor Manuel Bautista Lopez, 20, Abbotsford, was fined $1,366 for causing injury/operating while under the influence (first, PAC greater than or equal to 0.15). He was sentenced to 60 days in jail, with all but 30 days stayed pending further court order, and he was placed on probation for one year. He will be required to use an ignition interlock device and had his license revoked 12 months.
Ethyn Nathanyal Peterson, 28, Janesville, was fined $1,329 for disorderly conduct and two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping. His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for two years. Three other counts of misdemeanor bail jumping were dismissed but read in to the court record.
Dawson R. Weigelt, 24, New Richmond, was fined $1,329 for battery (domestic abuse assessments), disorderly conduct (domestic abuse assessments) and intimidate victim/dissuade reporting (amended from intimidate victim/threaten force, etc.). His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for two years. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were: two counts of battery (domestic abuse assessments, one with infliction of physical pain or injury) and three counts of misdemeanor bail jumping.
April L. Turenne, 34, Eau Claire, was fined $886 for neglecting a child (specified harm did not occur) and possessing drug paraphernalia (as party to a crime). Her sentence was withheld and she was placed on probation for two years. A charge of possession of methamphetamine (as party to a crime) was dismissed but read in to the court record.
Michael J. McBride, 30, Curtiss, was fined $724.50 for disorderly conduct (domestic abuse assessments) and theft of movable property less than or equal to $2,500. His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for one year. Another charge of theft of movable property less than or equal to $2,500, plus two counts of criminal damage to property and one count of disorderly conduct were dismissed but read in to the court record.
Joel P. Hanson, 52, Withee, was fined $518 for harboring/ aiding a felon (E/F/G/H/I or unclassified felony, not life). His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for three years. A charge of hit and run – involve great bodily harm (as party to a crime) was dismissed but read in to the court record.
Edward Orie Brecke IV, 29, Stetsonville, was fined $443 for resisting or obstructing an officer (repeater). He was sentenced to nine months in local jail.
Various forfeitures (organized by dollar amount) George Milton Rudolph, 31, Neillsville, was fined $2,534 for operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/ controlled substance/refusal, fourth-plus), disorderly conduct (repeater) and misdemeanor bail jumping (repeater). His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for 18 months. Charges of speeding in a 55 mph zone (25-29 mph) and child abuse – intentionally cause harm (repeater) were dismissed but read in to the court record.
Taylor Cody Hill, 27, Neillsville, was fined $1,729.50 for operating while intoxicated (OWI, first) and ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/violate court order. He had his license revoked six months and will be required to complete an alcohol assessment. Charges of
