Jacob Aaron Lehrke, 61, Neillsville, was fined $1,772 for two counts of disorderly conduct (domestic abuse assessments), one count of battery (domestic abuse, infliction of physical pain or injury) and one count of intimidate victim/dissuade complaints. His jail sentence was stayed except for the first seven days. He was placed on probation for three years. A charge of stalking (domestic abuse assessments) was also dismissed but read in to the court record.
Luis Roberts, 52, Tomah, was fined $1,744 for operating while intoxicated (OWI, third). He was sentenced to 65 days in local jail, had his license revoked 24 months and will be required to install an ignition interlock device and complete an alcohol assessment.
Ramiro Loera-Cruz, 28, Dorchester, was fined $1,548 for manufacturing/delivering cocaine (less than or equal to 1 gram). He was sentenced to 120 days in jail, with 90 days of the sentence stayed pending further court order. He was also placed on probation for three years. A charge of manufacturing/delivering cocaine (greater than 1 gram to 5 grams) was dismissed but read in to the court record.
Malcolm Jamar Little, 33, Helena, Ala., was fined $1,408.50 for operating with a PAC greater than or equal to 0.15 (first) and possession of drug paraphernalia (forfeiture). He had his license revoked seven months and was required to install an ignition interlock device and undergo an alcohol assessment.
Eliel A. Calderon Herrera, 45, Dorchester, was fined $1,329 for disorderly conduct (domestic abuse – infliction of physical pain or injury), possession of cocaine/ cocaine base and disorderly conduct. His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for 24 months. A charge of possession of THC was dismissed but read in to the court record.
Madison Lea Cook, 21, Greenwood, was fined $1,019 for operating with a PAC greater than or equal to 0.15 (first). She had her license revoked seven months and will be required to undergo an alcohol assessment. An OWI charge was dismissed but read in to the court record.
Chad M. Podevels, 47, Colby, was fined $937.50 for operating with a PAC greater than or equal to 0.15 (first). His license was revoked six months and he will be required to undergo an alcohol assessment.
Matthew P. Bjerke, 41, Chippewa Falls, was fined $886 for two counts of disorderly conduct. His sentence was stayed and he was placed on probation for four years.
April L. Turenne, 33, Thorp, was fined $886 for possessing amphetamine/LSD/psilocin and drug paraphernalia. Her sentence was withheld and she was placed on probation for two years. Her license was suspended 12 months. A charge of operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal) was dismissed but read in to the court record.
Nicholas C. Olson, 38, Thorp, was fined $543 for disorderly conduct (domestic abuse assessments). His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for one year.
Mark D. Corey, 40, Marshfield, was fined $518 for sex offender registry – failure to register – other state or federal. His sentence was stayed and he was placed on probation for two years.
Tyler J. Hohn, 20, Neillsville, was fined $518 for firstdegree child sexual assault – sexual intercourse with a person under the age of 13. He was sentenced to 10 years in state prison and six years of extended supervision. A charge of repeated sexual assault of the same child (at least three violations of first-degree sexual assault) was dismissed but read in to the court record.
Braden E. Mayer, 29, Tucson, Ariz., was fined $518 for possessing a firearm – convicted of a felony. His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for two years.
Jonathan D. Ames, 49, Necedah, was fined $443 for disorderly conduct (use of a dangerous weapon). His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for 12 months. A charge of carrying a concealed knife was also dismissed but read in to the court record.
Leotha King, 27, Milwaukee, was fined $443 for battery (domestic abuse – infliction of physical pain or injury). King’s sentence was withheld and King was placed on probation for 18 months.
Various forfeitures (organized by dollar amount) Meier Farms Trucking LLC, Ogema, was fined $796.73 for violating Class A Highway weight limits.
Riley Aiden Schneider, 18, Loyal, was fined $558.50 for reckless driving – endangering safety, and resisting or obstructing an officer (forfeiture).
Angela Leigh Thompson, 49, Muskego, was fined $452.50 for operating an ATV or UTV with a PAC (first).
Juan Jose Tabiravillalpando, 21, Loyal, was fined $393.63 for operating without carrying a license, amended from operating without a valid license (second within three years).
Shalisha Anne Buchanan, 19, Neillsville, was fined $389.50 for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Dustin Albert Kodl, 33, Thorp, was fined $267.50 for disorderly conduct. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were: intimidate victim/threaten force, etc. (domestic abuse assessments), strangulation and suffocation (attempt, domestic abuse assessments) and an additional count of disorderly conduct.
Bogdonovich Trucking, Marshfield, was fined $263.50 for non-registration of other vehicle.
Ted Robert Marsh, 61, Roberts, was fined $232 for improperly operating an ATV or UTV on routes/trails/ lands/roadway.
Jesus A. Nieto, 21, Marshfield, was fined $181.50 for operating without carrying a license, amended from operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/ controlled substance/refusal).
Norberto A. Nevarez, 57, Withee, was fined $150.10 for operating a motor vehicle without insurance.
Tristan J. Seehafer, 17, Neillsville, was fined $150.10 for operating without carrying a license (amended from operating without a valid license, third-plus within three years).
