Closing out the regular season, the Cadott girls basketball program hosted Gilman, in a league crossover Feb. 15.

By the break, the match was tied at 18-18. ā€œWe came out with good focus in the second half and the girls put some nice runs together,ā€ said Hazuga.

It was close, but the Hornets wouldn’t back down from the challenge and closed out the game with a 56-52 win over the Pirates.

ā€œIt was an exciting game for the girls, being our last regular season home game,ā€ said Hazuga.
