He was sentenced to 125 days in local jail and had his license revoked for 30 months. He will also be required to use an ignition interlock device and complete an alcohol assessment.
Wesley R. Shaw, 37, Neillsville, was fined $1,872 for disorderly conduct, criminal trespass to dwelling (domestic abuse assessments) and two counts of computer message β threaten/obscenity. His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for two years. Charges of stalking (domestic abuse assessments) and computer message β threaten/obscenity were dismissed but read in to the court record.
Cody D. Crillo, 20, Stratford, was fined $1,847 for misdemeanor bail jumping, disorderly conduct (domestic abuse), possess with intent β THC (less than or equal to 200 grams, as party to a crime) and possess drug paraphernalia. His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for five years. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were strangulation and suffocation (domestic abuse), felony bail jumping, resisting or obstructing an officer, manufacture/deliver THC (less than or equal to 200 grams) and possession of methamphetamine.
Scott M. Ditsch, 54, Owen, was fined $1,579 for operating while intoxicated (OWI, second). His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for one year. He will be required to use an ignition interlock device and he had his license revoked 12 months.
Michael D. Williams, 31, Stanley, was fined $1,429.07 for criminal damage to property (repeater) and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse). He was placed on probation for 12 months. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record include misdemeanor bail jumping (repeater) and disorderly conduct (repeater).
Brent R.F. Knuth, 25, Neillsville, was fined $1,086 for criminal damage to property (domestic abuse assessments) and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse assessments). His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for one year. Charges of second-degree recklessly endangering safety (repeater) and intimidate victim/use or attempt force (repeater, domestic abuse assessments) were dismissed but read in to the court record.
Kyle S. Neinfeldt, 25, Greenwood, was fined $961 for felony bail jumping (repeater) and disorderly conduct (repeater). His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for two years. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record include three counts of felony bail jumping (repeater).
Selena J. Padilla-Vialpando, 28, Neillsville, was fined $961 for neglecting a child (no harm and child is younger than 6 or has a disability, as party to a crime) and resisting or obstructing an officer. Her sentence was withheld and she was placed on probation for three years. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were second-degree recklessly endangering safety (as party to a crime), neglecting a child (no harm and child is younger than 6 or has a disability, as party to a crime), and three counts of neglecting a child (specified harm did not occur, as party to a crime).
Luis A. Vazquez Acosta, 27, Abbotsford, was fined $886 for misdemeanor bail jumping and resisting or obstructing an officer. His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for 18 months. Acharge of operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal fourth-plus) was dismissed but read in to the court record.
Chase A. Phetteplace, 39, Bloomer, was fined $618 for disorderly conduct β domestic abuse repeater. His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for 18 months. A charge of battery β domestic abuse repeater (domestic abuse β infliction of physical pain or injury) was dismissed but read in to the court record.
Kevin G. Gravitter, 44, Pearson, was fined $518 for possession of methamphetamine. His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for two years. Charges of felony bail jumping and possess amphetamine/LSD/psilocin were dismissed but read in to the court record.

Benjamin Keith Lovell, 22, Medford, was fined $1,490 for speeding in a 55 mph zone (45-plus mph) and recklessly driving β endangering safety. He had his license suspended 15 days.
Sergio Cuaquehua Tentzohua, 31, Spencer, was fined $1,037.50 for operating with a PAC greater than or equal to 0.08 but less than 0.15 (first). He had his license revoked six months and will be required to complete an alcohol assessment.
