eports Violations resulting in incarceration or probation

■ Jewelene A.R. Quelle, 42, Spencer, was fined $1,715 for operating while intoxicated (OWI, second). She was sentenced to 20 days in local jail. She will be required to use an ignition interlock device and had her license revoked 14 months. A charge of felony bail jumping was dismissed but read in to the court record.

■ Stephanie P. Hanson, 39, Withee, was fined $1,379.50 for operating while intoxicated (OWI, first) and hit-and-run involving great bodily harm (as party to a crime). Her sentence was withheld and she was placed on probation for five years. She had her license revoked nine months. She will also be required to use an ignition interlock device and complete an alcohol assessment. A charge of injury/ use of a vehicle with a PAC (prohibited alcohol concentration) – passenger less than age 16 was dismissed but read in to the court record.

■ Kenneth Allen Truman, 51, Owen, was fined $175.30 for failure to obey traffic officer/ signal.

Various forfeitures

■ Jamie Otto Jensen, 57, Dorchester, was fined $724 for hunting within 50 feet of the road’s center; possessing birds, etc. in excess of bag limit; and loading/ discharging a firearm/bow in or from a vehicle.

■ Michelle Denise Klimmer, 33, Spencer, was fined $389.50 for operating while revoked (forfeiture fourth).

■ Marlin Weaver Zimmerman, 43, Withee, was fined $389.50 for domesticated animals at large – second offense.

■ Joseph E. Davidson, 40, Withee, was fined $281.50 for operating without carrying a license, amended from operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/ controlled substance/refusal).

■ Amanda Elizabeth Edwards, 36, Dorchester, was fined $208.90 for littering prohibited.

■ Paul S. Auker, 56, Colby, was fined $208.50 for failure to secure loads if towing a trailer.

■ Sarah Marie Jasmer, 41, Owen, was fined $162.70 for operating without a valid license because of expiration.

■ Trisha Erdine Lis, 32, Owen, was fined $276.10 for speeding.

■ Janier Edith Vazquez Gonzalez, 27, Colby, was fined $250.90 for speeding.

■ Cecilia Arisay Valdez, 30, Owen, was fined $225.70 for speeding.

■ Earl Ryan Martin, 38, Owen, was fined $208.50 for speeding.

■ Edward Louis Hanson, 46, Medford, Matthew Paul Martin, 30, Colby, and John David Weaver, 20, Stetsonville were all fined $200.50 for speeding.

■ Edward Louis Hanson, 46, Medford, Hannah R. Seichter, 39, Owen and Janier Edith Vazquez Gonzalez, 27, Colby, were all fined $200.50 for operating while suspended.

■ Austin James Altieri, 26, Owen, was fined $200.50 for operating without a valid license.

■ Michelle Denise Klimmer, 33, Spencer, and Cecilia Arisay Valdez, 30, Owen, were fined $200.50 for operating a motor vehicle without insurance.

■ Jeremy Ronald Baxter, 49, Owen, was fined $175.30 for non-registration of vehicle less than 10,000 pounds.

■ Austin James Altieri, 26, Owen, Stephanie Elizabeth Ann Moore, 32, Abbotsford, Stephanie Ann Mueller, 39, Owen, and Crystal Alice Shepherd, 41, Withee, were fined $10 for operating a motor vehicle without proof of insurance.
