Divorces

The following divorces were granted in Taylor County Circuit Court on January 8, 2024: Pamela Nerison of Stetsonville and Timothy Nerison of Dorchester.

Michael Zitzerroe of Medford and Holly Quinn of Naperville, Ill.

Found guilty

Rodrigo Tentzohua, 26, of Abbotsford, was found guilty due to a guilty plea of OWI (1st). Charges of operating with a PAC >= .08 and less <.15, and operating without a valid license were dismissed on prosecutor’s motion. He was ordered to pay $976, and his license was revoked for 7 months and he must undergo an alcohol assessment.

Scott Thums, 53, of Rib Lake was found guilty due to a no contest plea of disorderly conduct and was ordered to pay $263.50.

Pleas entered

Darren Moose, 35, of Eau Claire, pled not guilty to violate/harassment - restraining order injunction dating from August 11 and violate/harassment - restraining order injunction dating from December 5. A $500 signature bond was ordered and a pre-trial conference was scheduled for February 7 at 11 a.m.

Christopher Ladwig, 30, of Park Falls, pled not guilty to disorderly conduct- domestic abuse, battery domestic abuse, and intimidate victim/dissuade complaints. A $1,000 signature bond was continued with Ladwig to have no contact with the victim. A pretrial conference was set for March 12 at 9:30 a.m.

Mark Carlson, 62, of Stratford, pled not guilty to disorderly conduct- domestic abuse, possession of THC, and possess drug paraphernalia. A $500 signature bond was continued with no contact with the victim, may not possess or consume any controlled substances without a valid prescription. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for March 12 at 9:45 a.m.

Christopher Cota, 52, of Gilman, pled not guilty to battery - domestic abuse. A $500 cash bond was ordered and Cota will have no contact with the victim. A pretrial conference is scheduled for March 28 at 1 p.m.

Dismissed

A charge of vent/side window excessive tinting was dismissed on a prosecutor’s motion against Logan Hana, 29, of Medford.
