Court dates Nov. 16–30 (continued) Bradley C. Lindner, 63, Neillsville, was fined $343.50 for placing, using, or hunting wild animals with Balt (less than 5 gallons).

Jader Ariel Mavrena Ubeda, 29, Dorchester, was fined $1,069 for operating while intoxicated (OWI, first). His license was revoked for seven months and he was ordered to have an ignition interlock device placed on his vehicle.

Reese Charles Mcdonald, 18, Neillsville, was fined $263.50 for underage drinking/possession (first, age 1720). His license was suspended for 30 days.

Tyrique Tyrion Mosley, 22, Abbotsford, was fined $389.50 for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Eugenio Pablo Pablo, 28, Unity, was fined $213.10 for failure to keep a vehicle under control.

Tyler James Pedersen, 32, Greenwood, was fined $350.60 for two counts of operating after revokation/suspension of licence and $300.20 for two counts of failure to display vehicle license plates.

Evan M. Podevels, 17, Medford, was fined $326.50 for possession of THC (ordinance violation), and $350.60 for two counts of a minor possessing tobacco, a nicotine product or a vaping device.

Dean Eugene Prindle, 48, Humbird, was fined $150 for having a breeding place for vermin and $100 for abandoned, junked vehicle and appliances prohibited.

Jace Ray Prior, 19, Loyal, was fined $263.50 for underage drinking/possession (age 17-20). His license was suspended for 30 days.

Shawn Christopher Quinian, 30, Neillsville, was fined $911.50 for operating with a prohibited alcohol content (PAC) of greater than 0.08 but less than 0.15 (first). His license was revoked for six months.

Assir Ramirezperez, 36, Chili, was fined $232 for operating a UTV without a valid safety certificate and $232 for operating an all-terrain or utility terrain vehicle without valid registration.

Dakota Anthony Riebau, 18, Theresa, was fined $326.50 for disorderly conduct with a motor vehicle, amended from driving wrong way on divided highway.

Eric M. Rodriguez, 46, Spencer, was fined $50 for refusing to take a test for intoxication after arrest. His license was revoked for three years, and he was ordered to have an ignition interlock device placed on his vehicle and to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Thomas Steven Roerkohl, 43, Holmen, was fined $175.30 for disorderly conduct with a motor vehicle, amended from exceeding speed zones, (1-10 mph).

Chad Allen Rupnow, 39, Humbird, was fined $150 for having a breeding place for vermin.

Safe Sheds Delivery LLC, Colby, was fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle with excess width without a permit.

Terra Lynn Sandoval, 33, Humbird, was fined $398.01 for disorderly conduct. Charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and Uniform Controlled Substance Act violation were dismissed but read in to the court record.

Jose Gilberto Saso Cardona, 41, Colby, was fined $1,069 for operating with a PAC of greater than or equal to 0.15 (first). His license was revoked for seven months and he was ordered to have an ignition interlock device placed on his vehicle.

Elisabethann Michal Schmidt, 24, Inver Grove Heights, Minn., was fined $250.90 for speeding on an expressway (16-19 mph).

David Scott Schutz, 40, Neillsville, was fined $515.50 and had his license suspended for 15 days for exceeding speed zones (45 mph-plus), $389.50 for reckless driving/ endangering safety, $232 for unsafe cutting in when passing and $213.10 for passing in a no-passing zone.

Laura Renee Solberg, 58, Greenwood, was fined $200.50 for cruelty to animals.

Timothy G. Stern, 69, Neillsville, was fined $263.50 for domesticated animals at large, first offense.

Michael B. Stockman, 61, Marshfield, was fined $326.50 for possession of THC (ordinance violation).

John William Stortz, 23, Plover, was fined $164.50 for disorderly conduct with a vehicle, amended from speeding in 55 mph zone (11-15 mph).

Jorge Tentzohua Sanchez, 27, Stanley was fined $1,069 for OWI (first). His license was revoked for seven months and he was ordered to have an ignition interlock device placed on his vehicle.

Feliciano Tenzohua Tehuacatl, 44, Owen, was fined $1,069 for OWI (first). His license was revoked for seven months and he was ordered to have an ignition interlock device placed on his vehicle. He was also fined $263.50 for possession of open intoxicants in a motor vehicle-driver.

Timothy Allen Thour, 63, Crystal, Minn., was fined $200.50 for interstate/intrastate driving requirements.

Samantha Jean Turczyn, 34, Neillsville, was fined $213.10 for passing in a no-passing zone.

Kevin Valencia, 17, Abbotsford, was fined $175.30 for deviation from designated lane.

Sarah J. Vanluven, 40, Abbotsford, was fined $3,039 for three counts of theft/false representation less than or equal to $2,500.
