OURT Court dates Dec. 16-31 Joseph Richard Schesel, 25, Thorp, was fined $1,080.50 for operating while intoxicated (OWI, first). He had his license revoked eight months. He will be required to have an ignition interlock and undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $543 for battery (domestic abuse-infliction of physical pain or injury) and $443 for resisting or obstructing an officer. His jail sentence was stayed and he was placed on 18 months of probation. He also had charges dismissed but read in to the court record: operating with a restricted or controlled substance (first), strangulation and suffocation, stalking, fourth-degree sexual assault, disorderly conduct, battery (domestic abuse-infliction of physical pain or injury) and operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration (PAC) greater than or equal to 0.08 but less than 0.15 (first).

Lawrence Arthur Peek, 52, Melrose, was fined $1,894 for OWI (fourth). He was sentenced to 60 days in local jail. He had his license revoked 24 months and must undergo an alcohol assessment.

Jacob D. Faude, 31, Withee, was fined $1,774 for operating with a restricted, controlled substance (third). He was sentenced to 65 days in local jail and had his license revoked for 24 months. He will be required to have an ignition interlock and undergo an alcohol assessment. A charge of operating while revoked (revocation to alcohol/ controlled substance/refusal) was dismissed but read in.

Robyn Doris Beranek, 26, Neillsville, was fined $1,019 for OWI (first). She had her license revoked seven months. She will be required to have an ignition interlock and undergo an alcohol assessment. She was also fined $389.50 for reckless driving-endangering safety and $213.10 for failure to keep vehicle under control.

Sean P. Lavenduskey, 34, Wilton, was fined $543 for battery (domestic abuse assessments, infliction of physical pain or injury), $543 for intimidating a victim/dissuading from reporting (domestic abuse assessments) and $518 for throwing/discharging bodily fluid at a public safety worker or prosecutor. His jail sentence was stayed pending further order of the court and he was placed on two years of probation. Charges dismissed but read in include strangulation and suffocation (domestic abuse assessments); battery or threat to judge, prosecutor or law enforcement officer; and resisting or obstructing an officer.

Arnoldo Garcia Sanchez, 21, Curtiss, was fined $1,019 for OWI (first). He had his license revoked seven months. He will be required to have an ignition interlock and undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $200.50 for operating without a valid license (first) and another $200.50 for operating a motor vehicle without insurance.

Lino Garcia Delgado, 39, Curtiss, was fined $1,052 for OWI. He had his license revoked seven months. He will be required to have an ignition interlock and undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $200.50 for operating without a valid license (first).

Felipe Sanchez Tentzohua, 24, Mondovi, was fined $1,019 for OWI (first). He had his license revoked seven months. He will have to have an ignition interlock and must undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $200.50 for operating without a valid license (first).

Christopher Piedra, 38, Neillsville, was fined $987.50 for OWI (first). He had his license revoked for seven months. He will be required to have an ignition interlock and undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $213.10 for operating left of center.

Celestino Pablo Bautista, 22, Merrill, was fined $937.50 for OWI (first). He had his license revoked six months and will have to undergo an alcohol assessment. He also was fined $200.50 for operating without a valid license (first).

George Andrew Cruz Diaz, 29, Abbotsford, was fined $1,052 for OWI. He had his license revoked seven months. He will be required to have an ignition interlock and undergo an alcohol assessment.

James T. Kettner, 46, Neillsville, was fined $850.30 for operating with a PAC of greater than or equal to 0.08, but less than 0.15 (first). His license was revoked six months and he must undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $200.50 for operating without a valid license (first) and another $50 for refusal to take a test for intoxication after arrest. He had his license revoked 12 months and was ordered to undergo an alcohol assessment for that charge.

Jonathan E. Isaacs, 33, Curtiss, was fined $1,036 for two counts of manufacture/deliver Schedule I, II narcotics. He was sentenced to three years in state prison and five years of extended supervision. Contraband of $3,080 was ordered forfeited. Other charges dismissed but read in include two additional counts of manufacture/deliver Schedule I, II narcotics; five counts of felony bail jumping, one count of possession of methamphetamine and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia (as party to a crime).

Miranda Beth Schultz, 23, Blair, was fined $1,036 for two counts of causing a child age 13-18 to view sexual activity. Her jail sentence was withheld and she was placed on probation for three years. She had another charge of causing a child age 13-18 to view sexual activity dismissed but read in.

David Castruita Sosa, 17, Unity, was fined $543 for disorderly conduct (domestic abuse assessments) and $443 for battery. His jail sentence was withheld and he was placed on 18 months of probation. Additional charges of battery (domestic abuse assessments) and disorderly conduct were dismissed but read in.

Gustavo Cruz Castro, 21, Colby, was fined $937.50 for OWI (first). He had his license revoked six months and will be required to complete an alcohol assessment.
