OURT Daniel Acuna Mendez, 28, Marshfield, was fined $1,019 and his driver’s license was revoked for seven months for a first OWI offense. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $213.10 for operating left of center, $200.50 for operating a vehicle without a valid license, $175.30 for speeding, and $326.50 for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Cipriano Bautista Bautista, 25, Unity, was fined $937.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle while suspended.

Miguel A. Bautista Pena, 29, Unity, was fined $937.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without a valid license and $213.10 for operating left of center.

Samantha C. Crader, 37, Thorp, was fined $213.10 for operating left of center, $175.30 for an improper stop/ stop sign clear line, and $200.50 for operating a vehicle without a valid license.

D & D Mechanized Trucking Inc., Black River Falls, was fined $1,091.25 for a raw forest products overweight violation and $175.30 for vehicle equipment violations.

Eveilo Gadea Moreno, 39, Dorchester, was fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without a valid license, $187.90 for failure to yield the right-of-way, $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance, $175.30 for non-registration, and $150.10 for failure to display vehicle license plates.

Manuel Garcia Salas, 29, Dorchester, was sentenced to 30 days in jail and fined $1,691 for a second offense of operating a vehicle with a prohibited blood alcohol content. His driver’s license was revoked for 15 months, an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 15 months, and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment. Charges of resisting or obstructing an officer and operating a vehicle while revoked for an alcohol-related offense were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

William J. Grass, 52, Greenwood, was sentenced to 20 days in jail and fined $579 for disorderly conduct/use of a dangerous weapon. A charge of intentionally pointing a firearm at another person was dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Kent R. Hessing, 47, Clintonville, was sentenced to three years in prison and five years of extended supervision for a seventh OWI offense. He was fined $518, his driver’s license was revoked for 36 months, and an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 36 months.

Jessica T. Jahnke Lulloff, 30, Owen, was fined $250.90 and her driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).

Kevin A. Kitlica, 21, Owen, was fined $250.90 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).

Trent A. Kroening, 44, Owen, was sentenced to 10 days in jail and fined $443 for bail jumping. He was also fined $768 for operating a vehicle while revoked for an alcoholrelated violation/fourth or greater offense.

Angel Lara Arellano, 22, Stratford, was fined $295 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding. He was also fined $200.50 on each of two counts of operating a vehicle without a valid license.

James R. Laski, 87, Owen, was fined $250.90 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).

Andrew S. Leicht, 41, Wisconsin Rapids, was fined $250.90 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).

Michael J. Maloney, 62, Downers Grove, Ill., was fined $250.90 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).
