OURT Alec D. Beach, 20, Plymouth, was sentenced to one year in prison and one year of extended supervision and fined $518 for possession of methamphetamine. His driver’s license was suspended for six months.

Daniel K. Brown, 41, Abbotsford, was fined $181.50 on each two counts of disorderly conduct.

Naisha A. Escribano Medina, 17, Abbotsford, was placed on probation for 12 months and fined $443 for resisting or obstructing an officer. She is to perform 15 hours of community service. A charge of vehicle operator flee/elude police/as party to a crime was dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Steven R. Gallegos, 58, Forsyth, Mo., was sentenced to 245 days in jail and fined $4,299 for a fourth offense of operating a vehicle with a prohibited blood alcohol content. His driver’s license was revoked for 36 months, an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 36 months, and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment. A charge of bail jumping was dismissed but read-in to the court record.

William J. Govek, 68, Willard, was sentenced to 60 days in jail and fined $1,819 for a fourth offense of operating a vehicle with a prohibited blood alcohol content. His driver’s license was revoked for 24 months, an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 24 months, and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment. Charges of operating a vehicle without insurance, ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install, and operating a vehicle while revoked for an alcohol-related offense were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Brandon M. Hayes, 31, Owen, was sentenced to 60 days in jail for possession of methamphetamine/as party to a crime. The jail sentence was stayed and he was placed on probation for three years and fined $528. Charges of possession of THC-second offense/as party to a crime, possession of drug paraphernalia/as party to a crime, and bail jumping were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Chad M. Heeg, 33, Unity, was fined $811.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first offense of operating a vehicle with a prohibited blood alcohol content. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment. Shayla R. Helland, 25, Chippewa Falls, was fined $937.50 and her driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first offense of operating a vehicle while under the influence of a restricted controlled substance. She is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Joennuel Moctezuma Torres, 24, whose address is listed as the Clark County Jail, was sentenced to 18 months in prison and 36 months of extended supervision for second-degree recklessly endangering safety/as party to a crime. He is to pay $6,500.13 in fines and costs. A charge of attempted first-degree intentional homicide/as party to a crime was dismissed but read-in to the court record. Nolan J. Whitegull, 32, Black River Falls, was sentenced to one year in jail after his probation was revoked on 2020 convictions for criminal trespass to a dwelling, intimidating a victim to dissuade reporting, resisting or obstructing an officer, and disorderly conduct.
