OURT Austin L. McQuiston, 29, Abbotsford, was sentenced to 45 days in jail for battery/domestic abuse. The jail sentence was stayed and he was placed on probation for 24 months and fined $543. Charges of strangulation/suffocation- domestic abuse and disorderly conduct/domestic abuse were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Breanna J. McClain, 26, Ladysmith, was fined $811.50 and her driver’s license was revoked for six month for a first OWI offense. She is to undergo an alcohol assessment. She was also fined $389.50 for a uniform controlled substance act violation.

Mega Lee Wood Product, Greenwood, was fined $175.30 for a missing/broken/disconnected brake part and $170.70 for operating a vehicle without stopping lights.

Bobbi L. Mortimer, 32, Greenwood, was fined $50 and her driver’s license was revoked for 12 months for refusal to take a test for intoxication after arrest. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on her vehicle for 12 months and she is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Roger W. Osborne, 41, Greenwood, was fined $200.50 on each of two dog license violations.

Joel Pena Cruz, 28, Abbotsford, was fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without a valid license, $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance, and $225.70 for speeding.

David L. Pryes, 44, Green Bay, was fined $301.30 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).

William H. Ransom Jr., 41, Neillsville, was fined $811.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $213.10 for operating left of center.

Raymond A. Ray Jr., 53, Neillsville, was fined $589 for operating a vehicle while revoked for an alcohol-related violation and $642 for ignition interlock device tampering/ failure to install. Florencio Sanchez Perez, 29, Marshfield, was sentenced to 30 days in jail for knowingly violating a domestic abuse order-injunction. The jail sentence was stayed and he was placed on probation for two years and fined $543. He was also placed on probation for two years and fined $1,096 on two additional counts of knowingly violating a domestic abuse order-injunction. Two additional similar counts were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Rueben Sanchez Salas, 19, Marshfield, was fined $811.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without a valid license and $213.10 for operating left of center.

Angel F. Sauca Macas, 27, Winnebago, was fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle while revoked, $389.50 for possession of drug paraphernalia, $389.50 for possession of THC, and $515.50 for obstructing/interfering with an officer.

Roseanna M. Sensenig, 31, Withee, was fined $175.30 for speeding, $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance, and $238.30 for displaying an unauthorized vehicle registration plate.

Keith D.W. Soward, 32, Neillsville, was fined $250.90 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).

Kyle E. Strey, 30, Loyal, was sentenced to 15 days in jail for knowingly violating a domestic abuse order. The jail sentence was stayed and he was placed on probation for 18 months and fined $443.

Alex A. Tompkins, 29, Osseo, was fined $389.50 for possession of drug paraphernalia, $389.50 for possession of THC, and $175.30 for non-registration.

Cynthia R. Treptow, 32, Greenwood, was fined $200.50 on each of two dog licensing violations and $200.50 for junked vehicles/appliances.

Cristina A. Wiley, 51, Neillsville, was fined $389.50 for a uniform controlled substance act violation, $389.50 for possession of drug paraphernalia, and $200.50 for open intoxicants in a vehicle/passenger.

Nadya L. Wilker, 37, Oshkosh, was fined $389.50 for a uniform controlled substance act violation and $389.50 for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kyle R. Zacharias, 20, Thorp, was sentenced to 25 years in state prison and 15 years of extended supervision on multiple counts of first-degree sexual assault of a child. He was fined $5,698 and is designated for lifetime supervision of serious sex offenders. He was also sentenced to lesser prison terms to run concurrently on multiple second-, third- and fourth-degree sexual assault of a child charges. Various charges including intimidating a victim and child abuse were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Anna M. Zachow, 51, Chippewa Falls, was fined $937.50 and her driver’s license was revoked for six months for operating a vehicle while under the influence of a restricted controlled substance. She is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

James D. Zachow, 63, Neillsville, was fined $50 and his driver’s license was revoked for 12 months for refusal to take a test for intoxication after arrest. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.
