OURT Miramda K. Monticello, 27, Thorp, was fined $456.50 for operating a vehicle without carrying a license and $551.50 for bail jumping. Charges of non-registration, operating a vehicle while revoked for an alcohol-related violation, and a license restriction violation were dismissed but read-in to the court record.
David J. Ortiz-Cruz, 21, Abbotsford, was fined $1,019 and his driver’s license was revoked for seven months for a first OWI offense. An ignition interlock is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without a valid license.
Ricardo Pena Cruz, 25, Dorchester, was sentenced to three years in prison and three years of extended supervision and fined $1,018 for possession of child pornography. Five additional counts of possession of child pornography were dismissed but read-in to the court record.
Aaron J. Pierce, 34, Neillsville, was sentenced to 15 days in jail and fined $1,567 for a second OWI offense. His driver’s license was revoked for 12 months and an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months. He was also sentenced to 60 days in jail for resisting/failing to stop. Fifteen of the days are to be served and the remainder are stayed. He was placed on probation for one year and fined $443. He was also placed on probation for one year and fined $443 on each of two counts of disorderly conduct. Charges of reckless driving/ endangering safety, open intoxicants in a vehicle/ driver, failure to stop at a stop sign, speeding, and refusal to take a test for intoxication after arrest were dismissed but read-in to the court record.
Justin D. Reese, 40, Loyal, was sentenced to 88 days in jail and fined $518 for felony bail jumping. He was given credit for 88 days already served in custody. He was also fined $443 for resisting or obstructing an officer. Charges of bail jumping and operating a vehicle while revoked for an alcohol-related violation were dismissed but read-in to the court record.
Hunter M. Ruf, 19, Jim Falls, was fined $263.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 30 days for a first underage drinking offense.
Denny D. Schnabel, 52, Neillsville, was fined $250.90 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).
Richard R. Small, 32, Neillsville, was fined $200.50 for a license restriction violation, $162.70 for operating without required lamps lighted, and $162.70 for operating without a valid license due to expiration.
Trey D. Stumpner, 23, Marshfield, was fined $452.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (40-44 mph over limit).
Blaine R. Twinn, 65, Greenwood, was sentenced to 10 days in jail and fined $1,439 for a second offense of operating a vehicle with a prohibited blood alcohol concentration. His driver’s license was revoked for 12 months, an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months, and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.
Sawyer J. Wilson, 18, New Auburn, was fined $263.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 30 days for a first underage drinking offense.
Floyd G. Young, 44, Curtiss, was fined $175.30 for failure to stop at a stop sign, $389.50 for reckless driving/ endangering safety, $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance, and $389.50 for failure to notify police of an accident.
